Springfield College Kawongo – The Malkia Papa Project

At Springfield College Kawongo, we believe in empowering every student to stay in school and thrive regardless their financial barriers. Through the Malkia Papa Project, one of the visionary initiatives of our Director, Hon. Dr. Joseph K. Mugambe, we are building a brighter future for our students.

The project is based on the idea of technological transfer – where students replicate projects they learn at school. With Dr. Mugambe sponsoring the seedlings, each student gets the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-life practice. Privileged students who excel in these projects are able to earn money, helping them sustain their school life and education.

This is not just about agriculture – it’s about skills, empowerment, and keeping our students in school. Together, we are growing knowledge, opportunities, and hope.
