Good morning, it's that time of the year again, pupils get to vote their leaders. On Friday last week, we had aggressive open air campaigns where prospective leaders asked for the electorate's mandate. Well the big day is here. This is the beginning of the end of a three week process, where (1) aspirants apply , (2)campaign in different classrooms, (3) hold open air campaigns (4)voting and finally announcing of results and swearing in this Friday. The whole electoral activity is meant to mirror a proper democratic process in order to prepare the young ones for their future citizenry responsibility of fairly choosing the right individuals to lead the community.

Have you heard about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals? Well today our P.4 Pupils advocated for Goal 13: Climate Action. Our Pupils were sensitized about planting and conserving more trees. There are so many reasons why we should plant trees; (they cant fit on this post section - but feel free to come and learn from us) . Today our pupils planted Ovacado and Mango trees in our compound. Plant more trees, More trees more Life..:-)

Another great win from these amazing great Minds! Yesha Patel and Ivan Agaba Tumusiime who were panelists at National Debate Champions held at Dream Africa Schools, Kampala. Mbarara Preparatory Sch emerged best School out of the competition (out of 15 Schools)

Another Great Ambassador; Here is Atwiine Joshua p.7 candidate 2018. He came 1st Runner-up entire Southern Region after participating in an Essay Writing Competition under the theme "ICT and The Environment" organised by Uganda Communications Commission! He's journey towards excellence is still going on and going strong as he strives to sit his Primary Leaving Examinations next month! The sky's the limit!

Extremely proud of Akanga Isaac and Tugumisirize Jeremiah and the rest of the team that represented us at the National Mathematics Contest. The two Gentlemen; Isaac and Jeremiah were among the best 10 in the country. We’re also grateful and thankful to their teachers and ideally the entire Mathematics department ; for their tremendous effort towards our pupils success and achievement.
