The MUK AAPG/SEG student chapters are a student initiative started at Makerere university by Bsc Petr

These two chapters have a very strong vision "To be the leading student chapter for academic excellence and innovations in East Africa and then Africa and the world," in which case student activities in relation to the petroleum industry are promoted.
