Ministry Of Education, Sports, Science And Technology Is to be blamed for the ineffectiveness of the USE funds because most private schools are collecting children from villages and the include their names in the school registers as part of the USE beneficiaries and when the ministry sends their officials for headcount, they (private schools) collect those children from their various villages, dress them on school uniforms and parked them in classes and after the headcount the children are taken back to their various villages without these people being ldentified by the ministry's officials.

Nb; Private Schools Must Stay Warned Especially Bulluge. We Want Transparency And Its Time We Say No To Corruption And Embezzlement Of Public Funds

Waooh, I like the life style of this headteacher of Bright Light College Lira. He is so social, frendly, love his students and teachers as well unlike in other schools where people with offices wants to show to the whole world that they have offices. lnfact, they are lsolated all the time like they have been given house arrest.
