Fountain Boarding Primary and Nursery school is a christian founded school under Victory Outreach Ministries a christian NGO based in Lira Northern Uganda. The school was licensed and registered with the Ministry of Education and Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB). The school is administered by Board of Administrators which is composed of team leaders of Victory Outreach Ministries, an appo

inted representative from municipal education standing committee, teachers representative,and a representative from the secretary education local council Three and a local representative from Local council one. The head teacher is the secretary to the board of administration. We have a total of 28 teachers and 32 support staff who work as a team to accomplish the goal and mission of the school.
