South Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) Global Leadership Center is Offering free IT education To Ugandans. Every one is eligible to attend free of charge who are above 18Years. For this year sessions start on July 1st to 26th July 2019. At Gospel Light Baptist Church Kitaranga Kansanga Kampala.

Sessions start at 8:30am to 1:00pm and second session start from 2pm to 5pm.

You can attend either of sessions what takes place in morning is what takes place in afternoon.

There are four sessions happening concurrently you chose what you want.

1. Arduino automation and robotics
2. Android app development with app inventor
3. Movie maker and video editing
4. Advanced excell for business and accounting.

We need some 27 data collectors for a REA project collecting it's grid network all over Uganda, if you have some experience with form based data collection, GPS Schemas, basic GIS, ArcPad, CORS based post processing, data verification e.t.c, send your CV to [email protected], copy [email protected] and [email protected] before 17th July. IT SUPPORT OFFICER JOB OFFER

Candidates should have;
i. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related course with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related job.
ii. Troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software
iii. Network troubleshooting and repair; including both the physical and application layer
iv. Servicing of clients Computers and any other related hardware of the network from the point of presence.
v. Transfer and installation of hardware.
vi. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
vii. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
viii. Good organizational skills to support documentation, reporting of data, and dissemination of information
ix. Motorcycle riding skills will be an added advantage
