We are it. We are the ones Jesus is sending. There are billions of people out there that need to hear about Jesus. Let's start with ourselves. Let's read for ourselves the words of Jesus. Then let's start with our own household. Then our friends and relatives. Then the people in our own churches. Then the rest of the world. The least you can do is click "share" when you see God's word that you like being broadcasted on social media. I am never afraid of being disliked or unfriended. I would rather God be my friend. He gave me everything I have.

Why do people buy lottery tickets? They see the hyped publicity of a winner, and it deceives their foolish hearts. Lottery tickets are a certain loss and a trap to tax the poor, who have no taxable income. Yet the poor buy them, because โ€œwinnersโ€ trick their minds. Show one โ€œwinnerโ€ (ignoring millions of losers), and the poor will get yet poorer.

When men reject Godโ€™s offered wisdom (Pr 1:20-29), He deceives them with the false success of sinners (Pr 1:31-32). They see other men reject Godโ€™s wisdom and seemingly get away with it, so they boldly follow their example. They see fools enjoying apparent prosperity, so they confidently copy them. In both cases, they do it to their own death.

God judges and blinds men for death and destruction. He lets sinners get away with wickedness for a while to deceive others to think they can do the same. The world is full of โ€œsuccess storiesโ€ of men rejecting Godโ€™s wisdom. But they are deceived themselves, and they are Godโ€™s means of deceiving others who have also rejected His wisdom.

This is hard doctrine for those that have not learned the Bible. If you reject Godโ€™s offered truth, He will blind and harden you for destruction (Rom 1:18-32; II Thes 2:9-12; Ezek 14:1-11; I Kgs 22:19-22). The cure, protection, and remedy are easy โ€“ love and obey every bit of truth that God sends your way. He has revealed truth and wisdom to you by creation, providence, conscience, and scripture, including this Proverb and commentary.

Christians often fret at the apparent prosperity and success of sinners. Asaph saw the wicked prospering and almost gave up his faith in God and righteous living (Ps 73:2-14), but the Lord reminded him of the severe future retribution for all men (Ps 73:15-28). So you may read, โ€œFret not thyself because of evil menโ€ (Pr 24:19-20; Ps 37:1-20).

God may choose to be silent for a while, and sinners foolishly think He approves of their wicked lifestyle because they are not immediately judged (Ps 50:16-21). But He warns that without repentance He will judge terribly (Ps 50:21-22), and only those who live righteously and praise Him shall receive His favor (Ps 50:23). Consider this passage well.

Dear reader, results prove nothing. Moses got water from the rock (Num 20:7-12); false prophets do miracles (Deut 13:1-5); Israel got quail (Ps 106:15). If a neighbor never disciplined his โ€œfine children,โ€ do not regard it. If a fornicator is living a life of luxury and pleasure, do not regard it. He is racing to death and hell without recourse (Pr 9:18).

Wise Agur feared riches and their effect (Pr 30:7-9). Prosperity did not help Israel, for they rebelled in their fatness (Deut 31:20; 32:15-18). Beauty can be a curse (Ezek 16:6-15). And success caused two rich men to forget their souls (Luke 12:15-21; 16:19-31). The goodness of God should lead men to repent (Rom 2:4). But they take confidence in their prosperity and do not see the coming judgment (Ps 37:35-36; 92:6-7; Jer 48:11-13).

The Lord Jesus Christ saw much success in healing and teaching, but He kept His eyes on His great work in Jerusalem. And though offered great position and power by the devil and the Jews, He rejected both to do the will of God (John 6:15; Luke 4:5-8).

Which won in Aesopโ€™s fable โ€“ the hare or tortoise? The tortoise! Who wins in business โ€“ the steady Eddie or an ambitious dreamer? Eddie wins! But worse than losing, the impulsive dreamer that wants to get rich quickly also falls into sinful temptations that corrupt and destroy men. You can lose, and you can lose-lose. Choose today to win.

Do you want to get rich quickly? Repent! It is a sinful desire, and it will ruin you. It will distort your judgment, create temptations for your soul, and bring both supernatural and natural laws against you financially. Instead, work hard at a noble and useful job or business and wait for natural and supernatural blessings to multiply you (Pr 28:19,21-22).

There is context for this proverb. The faithful man here is a financially faithful man, one rejecting vain persons and working diligently at a farm (Pr 28:19,21-22). God promises prosperity to men who do not get distracted by delusions for quick financial success. But he warns greedy men, who grasp at get-rich-quick ideas, of their coming judgment.

Faithfulness here is diligent, persevering, and virtuous effort at a trade or business. It is contrasted to the impulsive and imprudent actions of an impatient man, who is greedy to get ahead at any cost. Solomon knew men could be tempted to despise boring jobs and/or follow business and investment scams, so he warned you (Pr 12:11; 13:23; 14:23; 28:19).

Haste distorts judgment: it narrows perspective and shortens timing, ruining the greater potential of a long-term plan (Pr 6:6-8; 12:11; 13:4,23; 14:4; 30:25). Second, it suggests temptations that destroy greedy men (Pr 14:15; 15:27; 22:3; 28:21; I Tim 6:6-10). Third, it brings natural and divine judgment (Pr 20:21; 23:4-5; Eccl 5:13; Luke 12:15-21).

Grasp the lesson. Some greedy persons buy lottery tickets or gamble in casinos. Both are guaranteed confiscation leading to financial ruin. The only winner is the state or casino. They may even think they will quit as soon as they hit the jackpot. But the money lost came out of savings, which forfeits future investments. The delusion of โ€œwinnersโ€ makes it addictive. They hate their real job and paycheck. These are foolish wasters (Pr 18:9).

These fools cannot see that lotteries are a device to tax the poor, who have no income or assets to tax (or smarts to know they are being taxed). The longest lines for lottery tickets are always in the poorest areas. The governmental unit gets these poor to voluntarily pay extra taxes out of their meager means by regularly hyping the amount in the jackpot. What is the bottom line, every time? The state wins, and the poor get poorer, every time.

Casinos appeal to the more sophisticated, who also have more money to be confiscated. Las Vegas and Macau have lots of glitter, posh rooms, live entertainment, food buffets, and free drinks to loosen your purse. Based on carefully calculated statistics, the house allows winning often enough to keep you playing until they take everything you had.

Consider another example. A man wanting to get ahead quickly decides he cannot afford to give money to the Lord. He reasons that he will be a big giver once he is financially comfortable. By stealing from God, he activates divine laws that will reduce him to poverty, no matter how hard and smart he works (Pr 11:24; Hag 1:5-10; Mal 3:8-12).

Another man lets his medical insurance policy lapse. After all, he has had no claims on it in three years. He puts the premium money to work in several network marketing ideas. Having violated a law of prudence by exposing himself unnecessarily to risk, he is bankrupt the next year due to his wifeโ€™s emergency mastectomy (Pr 6:1-5; 27:12-13).

Another man frets about interest. When banks are paying 3% annually, an email arrives offering a 10% monthly return, guaranteed! He blesses himself and invests in the Ponzi scheme, showing his family the Porsche he will buy in three months. When the FBI calls, the 3% looks like gold. But it is too late. His haste drove him to believe the impossible!

A conservative man laughs at these examples. He is too smart for any scams. He will not cheat the Lord. He gives 12% every year (which only costs him 7% after taxes). He ridicules lottery tickets and Ponzi schemes. He works diligently โ€“ at two jobs โ€“ until he wakes up one day with a heart attack, divorce papers, and children that hate him.

Another man decides saving cramps his lifestyle. He stops saving and trades up in house and cars. He wants the good life now. When a great business deal comes along, he has no capital to invest in it. When he loses his job due to a corporate takeover, he has no emergency fund. When the housing market declines, he is forced to move and pay the bank for the privilege. He and his wife end up washing dishes in a fast food restaurant.

Another man is an accountant. He burns with ambition to be the controller. When the CFO offers him the promotion to inflate earnings for the financial statements, he reasons that he can correct the lie and theft from his new position. It is just a temporary sin. But for some reason, the CFO wants it done again next year. He is damned in his dream job.

A judge with a covetous heart is offered a bribe to fudge a widowโ€™s estate in probate. He makes sure that the woman will get enough to live comfortably, but he interprets the will in the favor of his benefactor. He died just two years later from slow and painful brain cancer. His last thought? Why did I forget the Judge of all judges (Ps 68:5; Eccl 5:8)?

A truck driver hated being known as a truck driver. He got no professional respect. He began to despise his job. When a Rolex-wearing, convertible-driving, always-smiling man told him about multi-level riches in overpriced soap, he sold his rig and jumped in with both feet. He was last seen digging graves by hand, with a garage full of soap!

Another man assessed his finances at year-end. His balance sheet showed little progress. How could he get rich at this pace? The next day was tax day. Surprise! God and the devil were tempting him โ€“ God to perfect him, the devil to destroy him. He fudged his tax return just a little. He was last seen in federal prison, without a garage full of soap!

A faithful man accepts the boring job God gave him, works diligently and patiently, saves and gives liberally, hates lies and scams, chooses contentment, avoids risk, is scrupulously honest, cares for friends and enemies, and trusts the Lord for daily bread. He was last seen with a sizable estate, living in contented peace with his only wife, and enjoying many grandchildren. His friends were God Himself and the best of godly men (Jas 2:23; Ps 101:6), and he was realizing the promised blessings of Psalms 112 and 128.

Can you do economic analysis? God and Solomon expect you to. If you cannot, or will not, you are heading for financial poverty. You will not be alone, for many in this lazy generation think no more about the future than counting the days to their next paycheck. But your Creator inspired a divine library to help you prosper financially over them.

King Solomon, Godโ€™s preacher to you for practical wisdom and success, wrote an extended lesson to warn you about the ever-changing economic landscape (Pr 27:23-27). He knew men must prudently consider their means of income, for financial or business success never stays the same and even the most secure positions are soon lost.

In an agrarian society, maximizing the yield of fields to support an estate required careful examination of all species of livestock and plants used to generate food, clothing, and revenue. In this short section, he listed flocks, herds, hay, grass, herbs, lambs, and goats โ€“ a diversified business enterprise for sure. Diversification is prudent, but it is not enough.

For each animal and plant segment of operations, a wise man analyzed its vitality and yield, market prices for its product, and compared these to maximize total revenue with the least risk. This is no small task. Farmers may be lightly esteemed by many, but they are often sharp businessmen, even using futures markets to hedge their business plan.

This proverb identified lambs and goats, two segments of the business. Lambs are only the offspring of sheep, and goats with their peculiarities may not be an exciting venture, but they are both necessary. The lambs produce wool for clothing and grow into sheep, and goats can grow and produce milk on almost nothing, giving value to inferior land.

What is the lesson for you? You must analyze each part of your economic endeavors and alter your plans to maximize profit and minimize risk in a changing world. Is your industry growing or decaying? Is your company competitive within your industry? Is your position valuable in your company? Are your skills in demand and marketable? Could you or someone else add another business? What is the prudent expected return?

Do you know the market value of your house? Are you over-exposed to real estate fluctuations? Is it insured? Have you done everything to minimize taxes? Are your investments wise in light of worldwide economic changes and your governmentโ€™s fiscal policies? Are you diversified? Are you financially liquid to take advantage of exceptional opportunities that might become available? These are some financial duties from God.

If these questions intimidate or confuse you, then you should consult with some wise counselors, either professionals or your successful friends, and let them help you analyze your economic situation. Solomon taught that there is safety in a multitude of wise counselors (Pr 15:22). With their assistance, you can keep the wisdom of this proverb.

What a blessing โ€“ the Christian scriptures! From the origin of the universe to its soon renovation, from the attributes of God to the details of salvation, the Bible deals with your whole life, including economic safety and success. Those ignorant of the Bible think it an outdated and impractical doctrinal textbook, but this proverb should open your eyes.

Thank God for inspiring Solomon to write you about the necessary parts of your life โ€“ making a living and building a family estate. Read the related commentaries of the verses surrounding this one (Pr 27:23-27). Exalt Godโ€™s word by hearing it preached or explained regularly, and by all means obey the wisdom God has conveyed to you for your profit.

AFRICAN PROVERB: The sun shines on those who stand before a shines on those who kneel under it.

Meaning: The variant of this proverb says, the Sun shines on those who are standing before it shines on those who are sitting. The Sun here symbolizes success. To 'Stand' here means standing for something, particularly some principles. And it could also be interpreted as meaning "to make effort". Contrarily, to sit means to down nothing or to be idle. Putting all together, the proverb means success comes first to those who strive or work towards it before, if at all, it comes to those who do nothing. Often times people tend to hide their laziness under the pretext of being patient. The problem is that they equate patience with idleness or doing nothing. But that's not patience at all. Patience means working with what you have while waiting for what you want. Patience is work. It is the ability to continue hoping for the best will working through the difficult situation one has. Nothing great is achieved or maintained without responsibility. Even freedom comes with responsibility. In fact, freedom without responsibility is frivolity. Be responsible!

Meaning: This is my own proverb. The story behind this proverb is that when I was a teenager I read two quotes that have stuck with me since. Not sure of the authors. One of them said: โ€œYou can spend your whole life trying to be popular, but at the end of the day, the size of the crowd at your funeral will be largely dictated by the weatherโ€. The other said, โ€œToo many people spend money they havenโ€™t earned to buy things they donโ€™t want to impress people they donโ€™t likeโ€ Isnโ€™t it interesting how far people go to try to impress others. Recently, I watched a documentary which detailed the lengths people go just to create the impression of being rich or popular. They take pictures of hobbies they donโ€™t like just to get likes. Some cook food they are not going to eat just โ€”just to fake a life. Some who need charity themselves pretend to do charity work. Others put themselves in harmโ€™s way just to take a picture of a view. Some buy what is called bot (fake followers) just to give the impression that they are popular. Others do videos with the description โ€œpaid partnershipโ€ when nobody has paid or partnered with them. May be you donโ€™t do all this, which is great ! But you may be also guilty of sharing every update in your life on social media to the point that because youโ€™ve created that expectation you have to fake certain update just to keep up with the joneses. May I give you a free piece of advise? Life is less stressful when you donโ€™t share every update in your life on social media! Itโ€™s okay to not be okay. Better an honest failure than a fake success. If you show your failure you might find help but if you fake success, you will be a miserable failure behind the facade. Be yourself!

Psalm 18

โ€œI love you, LORD, my strength.
The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise,
and I have been saved from my enemies.
The cords of death entangled me;
the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.
The cords of the grave coiled around me;
the snares of death confronted me.
In my distress I called to the LORD;
I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice;
my cry came before him, into his ears.
The earth trembled and quaked,
and the foundations of the mountains shook;
they trembled because he was angry.
Smoke rose from his nostrils;
consuming fire came from his mouth,
burning coals blazed out of it.
He parted the heavens and came down;
dark clouds were under his feet.
He mounted the cherubim and flew;
he soared on the wings of the wind.
He made darkness his covering, his canopy around himโ€”
the dark rain clouds of the sky.
Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced,
with hailstones and bolts of lightning.
The LORD thundered from heaven;
the voice of the Most High resounded.
He shot his arrows and scattered the enemy,
with great bolts of lightning he routed them.
The valleys of the sea were exposed
and the foundations of the earth laid bare
at your rebuke, LORD,
at the blast of breath from your nostrils.
He reached down from on high and took hold of me;
he drew me out of deep waters.โ€

Tsunamis, tornados, brimstones falling from the skyโ€ฆIn this post we talk about disastrous events that people are dreaming about around the world. We believe that those dreams are not the reflect of some anxiety but rather a sign that something exceptional is about to happen. In the end, we talked about why those events are coming and what you can do to protect yourself.
Scientific studies demonstrated that the human mind has precognition abilities and can fight or flight events even before they happen. A good example would be the 26th December 2004 Tsunami around Phuket Island. Hundreds of tourists and local people reported having dreams of tsunami prior to the event. On the island of Andaman and Nicobar which is close to Phuket Island, a tribe of fishermen fled to the mountain prior to the tsunami as many of them suddenly had tsunami dreams.
From a spiritual point of view, the prophet Joel used to say that towards the end times, God will pour his spirit on all people (Joel 2:28): โ€œAnd afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.โ€
Brothers and Sisters, you can check for yourself. You will see that right now, YouTube/Tik Tok are suddenly erupting with videos of people who see traumatic visions and dreams of natural calamities. People in New York, Florida, Australia and New Zealand are especially reporting Tsunami dreams. Even people who donโ€™t live on costal areas are reporting similar visions.
We, the 7 Secrets, we believe that this is a sign that an important natural disaster or geopolitical event is about to happen in the world and is about to happen soon, maybe before mid-October 2022 given the intensity of the dreams reported and the conjunction of many other events. We donโ€™t know yet for sure if this would really relate to a tsunami or an earthquake but the impact of whatever it is may pretty much feel like the same.

Why and why now? According to the Essenes, a Jewish sect that baptized Jesus when he started his minister on Earth, Jesus death started a new age, the Age of grace. John the Baptist, who was also the cousin of Jesus, was the leader of the Essenes. During that Age of grace, God will save people who recognize his anointed one as their Lord and who decide to repent. People are not saved by their work (ie the strict observance of the 10 commandments) but rather by the humility of their heart and their acceptance to Jesus. The Essenes predicted the coming of Jesus about 280 years before. Also according to the Essenes, this age of grace is about to finish. It will finish 2000 Jewish years after the death and resurrection of Jesus. Since a Jewish year had 360 days and that we know approximately when Jesus died, we can conclude that the end of the age of grace will be somewhere between 2022 and 2029. Always according to the Essenes, that transition period will not be easy for the mankind as it will come with the realization of many prophetic events that are apocalyptic in nature. The Book of Revelations describe those events in details and the prophets of the Old Testament described what the Day of the Lord will look like.
What can you do about it?
In the psalm 18, King David โ€“ who was also a prophet โ€“ described catastrophic events that have not happened yet. We believe that we are in the season where those events will take place and like King David we believe that faithfulness in the love of God and true repentance are the only way to get saved.
We explain here our approach to get you saved and get ready for the events that are coming. It starts by an introspection. Go to a quiet place and take a pen and some paper. Think about the people who wronged you in your life, think about the smallest details. Try to remember as much as you can and mark it down on your paper.
Now think about all the sins you made, start especially by the big ones. Think about your addictions, your sinful nature and those things that you should not be proud of. Mark it down.
You now have two lists: a list of things that you need to forgive and a list of things you want to repent from. God wonโ€™t forgive you if you donโ€™t forgive others yourself. Also, you wonโ€™t be saved if you are too proud to recognize your faults.
Therefore, from the bottom of your heart we want you to forgive. Forgive, day after day those people who hurt you in the past. Forgive them every day in your prayers with sincerity and intensity. Then, repent from your sins. Ask forgiveness for what you have done and come up with a simple, humble heart.
Once you truly repent and you truly forgive, you are now ready to follow Jesus. Pray to receive the holy spirit and establish a relationship with Jesus by praying and asking Godโ€™s help in everything that you do.
Beloved ones, the time is near. We see the end coming. Do not wait until itโ€™s too late to change. Forgive, Repent and follow Jesus now before itโ€™s too late! I love you.

A beautiful bed is part of seducing a man. Good wives will pay attention. Wise men will take warning. The adulteress of Solomonโ€™s parable about the seduction of a young man described the efforts she made to give him the ultimate in sensual pleasure (Pr 7:6-23). But no matter how beautiful the bed, it is a deceitful lie for the death and hell hiding in it.

Solomon knew men. He understood their temptations. He had seen the trouble caused by his fatherโ€™s polygamy and adultery. He knew the wiles of women. He himself had 700 wives and 300 concubines (I Kgs 11:1-3). He concluded about all of them that a wise man would stay away from them (Eccl 7:26-29). He never found the virtuous woman!

As the caring father of a son and the Preacher of Israel, he repeatedly warned young men against the danger of whorish women and fornication (Pr 2:16-19; 5:1-23; 6:20-35; 7:1-27; 9:13-18; 22:14; 23:26-28; 30:20; 31:3). Here he wrote a lengthy parable describing the destruction of a young man by the wiles of a seducing adulteress (Pr 7:6-23).

A skilful seductress knows that men are easily moved by sight. Solomon warned about the danger of her beauty and looks of her eyes (Pr 6:25). It was the sight of a woman that had cost his father dearly (II Sam 11:1-5). This adulteress prepared her bed to attract her victim by its appearance (Pr 7:16) and by its scent (Pr 7:17). He was helpless before her.

The only protection against such a woman is to stay far away, where you cannot see or hear her (Pr 2:16; 4:14-15; 5:8; 7:8). If you get near her, most cannot resist her. It is folly for men to allow visual stimulus of women, no matter how innocent or practical. Jesus said to pluck out your right eye or cut off your right hand in such matters (Matt 5:27-30).

Her bed is covered with tapestries โ€“ quite the bedspread, skirts, and canopy! The headboard, footboard, and posts have beautiful carvings. The sheets โ€“ the cursed sheets โ€“ are fine linen imported from Egypt. The mere mention of the place of s*xual intimacy captured the foolโ€™s heart, and the elaborate beauty further weakened him. He went as an ox to the slaughter, or as a bird to the snare, not knowing it was for his life (Pr 7:22-23).

Godly and noble wives can learn here โ€“ they can learn to beautify their beds for the pleasure of their husbands. Why should adulteresses be the only ones that know how to exalt lo******ng and enhance their appeal to a man? The virtuous woman knew these arts (Pr 31:22). Can you build a simple canopy? Replace your flannel sheets with satin? Buy a new bedspread? You should be a sensual and erotic woman for your husband. Learn the cheap, simple, and dramatic difference there is in sheets by mere thread count.

If this instruction to be a lover is news to you, then read the Bible. Among the 66 books is the Song of Solomon โ€“ a detailed love song about a husband and wife and their great desire for each otherโ€™s bodies. You can read there about their obsession and preparation for each other. Can you be a sporting wife like Rebekah was to Isaac (Gen 26:8)? God invented love, marriage, and s*x, and the Bible is the inspired manual to perfect all three.

Do you understand due benevolence in I Corinthians 7:1-5 to be s*x when, where, how, and how often your husband wants it? Paulโ€™s lo******ng rule runs both directions โ€“ the husband owes the same to his wife. While the proverb here warns about fornication and adultery and condemns both, Paul taught that marriage sanctifies the bed for s*x (Heb 13:4). Anything goes that is not contrary to nature and should be done passionately.

There is a worse w***e that decorates a more dangerous bed โ€“ one for spiritual adultery. She is the great w***e โ€“ the Roman Catholic Church โ€“ the mother of harlot churches โ€“ which decorates her churches with carved works, tapestries, and fine linen to seduce fools into spiritual fornication with her abominable doctrines and traditions (Rev 17:1-6). She is easy to identify โ€“ she was the city reigning over kings in Johnโ€™s day (Rev 17:18).

She decorates her gaudy cathedrals with gold, purple, and scarlet โ€“ the metal and colors of prostitutes. Her churches rise above impoverished villages, built by the sweat and tears of deluded workers, and paid for from grieving widowsโ€™ purses. Take a look at the high altar and bishopโ€™s throne of St. Peterโ€™s Basilica, if you doubt a word. What is imported from Egypt? The ph***ic obelisk between the curved colonnades of St. Peterโ€™s Square!

A wise man will reject a deceitful bed for spiritual fornication. He will find the bride of Christ, a simple church of apostolic faith and order, adorned with His righteousness and living in total humility and subjection to scripture. He will join sincere saints there, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus (Rev 12:17).
