The monthly seminars brought to you thanks to support from Makerere University Research Innovative Fund MAKRIF, seek to bridge existing policy gaps between research out put and policy making processes in Uganda through providing a platform where policy makers, advisors, researchers, academicians, students, medical, practitioners and related stakeholders engage to interrogate the country's demands, exchange ideas and research out put for use in policy generation in order to effect, informed and relevant policy development. It is in this spirit that the college of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES), is tapping into the boundless potential of the digital media platforms to reach out to stakeholders far and wide, in the hope that these engagements lead to high academic input culminating to policy utility.
