.: During my time at Lake View, I was joined by my great friends Emoru Emmanuel, who is now one of Uganda’s leading lawyers, Radio, the musician many of you know, and Maganda Ivan. The four of us would often go and sing in Jinja.

This year our school annual retreat, was led by Fr. Agapitus Mukabane, CSC Parish Priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Timboroa, Kenya who centered the retreat on the theme, “Coming Back to Christ - Luke 15:20.” that inspired spiritual renewal in our school community, with many students and staff receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation. As we celebrate Corpus Christi Sunday today, we give thanks for this grace-filled experience, which renewed our faith and deepened our relationship with Christ. May the fruits of this retreat continue to inspire us to live as faithful witnesses of His love and presence in our school.
