5 Greater Poland uprisings are connected with Poznan: from 1794, from 1806, from 1846, from 1848, as well as the uprising of 1918–1919. Two of them (from 1806 and from 1918–1919) years ended with the complete victory of the Poles and along with the Sejny Uprising of 1919 and two uprisings in Silesia from 1920 and 1921, is accepted by five victorious national uprisings in the history of Poland. The victory of the uprising of 1806 had a direct impact on the creation of the Duchy of Warsaw, while the series Najdłuższa wojna nowoczesnej Europy (The Longest War in Modern Europe) tells of the period between the victorious Greater Poland Uprisings [18].
