remember: a slim athletic figure is not an end in itself. Around you there are a lot of interesting things and non-standard people, a lot of communication. Don't just dwell on this! Let fitness be one of the goals, but not the most important.

Try not to punish yourself for not being like the glossy models. You are who you are - and that's great! And the figure? The figure is changing. Actually, this is why you are heading for fitness.

Do not forget to give yourself some rest, do an exciting hobby, go for a walk, go to the movies and just have fun. You do not need to work 24/7, it is important to maintain a balance.
Read motivational literature and watch movies that inspire you to accomplish. As they say, business and pleasure.
Do not give up when you fail, learn to see new experiences and opportunities in this.
It is best to write down your goals and objectives on paper and post them in a prominent place so as not to forget about them. And also add: why do you need this and remind yourself every day.
Take stock, measure your results, and praise yourself.
You should not scold strictly for mistakes and failures, because there are no ideal people, and mistakes teach us, so they are important and even necessary.
Exercise regularly, it improves intellectual performance and increases productivity.

Many people are mistaken in thinking that motivation comes before taking action. Quite the opposite, first the need, desire, action, and then the shock charge of motivation. By doing what is really needed, you will feel the urge to continue, especially after the first rewards in the form of your performance.
If there is no motivation, take action, it will catch up in the process. It's like eating appetite.
If your goal seems too big and heavy, break it down into small tasks that don't take much time and effort. Psychologically, it will be easier to perceive them and the fear of failure will disappear.
Create a comfortable environment for activities: clean up, replace distractions, get rid of annoying factors.

What works for you? What mood patterns do you have? Are there any triggers to make you feel a certain way? Think what inspires you most. Is it reading articles on a particular topic, or watching videos, or following the lives of strong successful people?
After you figure this out, you can start making sure those things are ingrained into your daily routine, so you always have a stream of motivational stimulus.
In a way you are creating a ‘safety net’ for when you are about to feel down, because the worse you feel the more difficult it is to get the motivation back.

But how do you keep yourself motivated?
Unfortunately, there is no magic remedy, it is a conscious effort you should be willing to make. I have a few things that work for me, they may not work equally well for you. What you do will be very individual, but the thinking behind will stay the same.
So, here are the things that I, myself, find useful to keep my motivation going:
Catching up on news in tech and fashion, since those are two stong interests that I have;
Reading up on trends in the UX industry, because it is a very dynamic one and there are always intersting thinsg going on;
Going to new places or doing new activities;
Reading books, becasue I am a massive book nerd;
Doing sports and walking work well for me if I want to clear my head;
Painting, which has been a part of my life since I can remember;
Surrounding myself with the right people;

Focus on your confidence level.
To exhibit confidence, focus on what you want to accomplish, not what is wrong or not going as planned. Yes you must deal with reality, but avoid “drama glue.” Drama glue is characterized by continued focus on all that is not right to the extent that it becomes a drama–we talk, think and live the drama. This drama becomes glue that keeps you stuck. Get rid of the drama glue by talking, thinking, and living what you want to be, what you want your people to be, and what you want your company to be. Strong confidence is the result.
