Dietary fats are so often demonized, while same dietary fats from plant oils are often praised for no real reason.

We have no reasons to be afraid of any type of fats - be it animal or plant based ones, if we eat them as a part of whole foods. 🔹Fatty fish or meat will satiate you and keep you full long time
🔹Avocados will provide you with both fats and fiber that will satiate you and nourish your intestines
🔹Eggs have a perfect blend of protein and fats and also important vitamins like vitamin D, A, B12

Women need to regularly eat fatty foods like fish, meat, eggs, butter, avocado, olives, nuts, and some seeds if they want to:
💚 have enough energy for their daily life challenges
💚 feel satiated and support their blood sugar balance
💚 support their hormonal health - since we need fats to build s*x hormones

One of the biggest mistakes women make when in their diet, especially if they are trying to lose weight, is eating insufficient protein amount.

Protein is absolutely essential for our life. Every single cell of the body has protein in it and needs protein for its proper functioning. If you eat too little protein, you will lack energy and vitality, your hair is going to thin and fall out, your body is going to get weak and lose form.

So please, start eating a high-protein breakfast if you want:
🔹better energy during the day
🔹no sleepiness after lunch
🔹no cravings for sweets
🔹better mood during the day, &
🔹better sleep during the night

How do you get enough protein for your breakfast?

✔️ 3 eggs & 70 g mozzarella omelette - 34 g of protein
✔️120 g of oven-roasted turkey thigh - 33 g of protein
✔️140 g of steamed mackerel - 34 g of protein
✔️150 g of shrimp - 35 g

Well, it was a very nice workshop yesterday, that allowed me to fight through every possible tech glitch, it seems 😁

I'm sorry to say I don't have a recording now, I was trying to get it all day long today but failed. And I know several people tried to join but I didn't see that for some reason. I'm sorry about that.
In my workshop, I talk about setbacks, which each of us has at some point. You can hit a plateau on your weight loss journey or roll back sometimes - and it doesn't always mean you are doing something wrong. It's a part of the journey.

My blogging journey also has setbacks and plateaus :)) And they are part of my journey.
