Can you imagine that data breach happened with the European Parliament?

The leak was first revealed on 15 May by one Indian cybersecurity company. The database pertains up to 1,200 accounts of elected officials, staff and 15 000 EU affairs professionals. The leaked information includes sensitive data and encrypted passwords.

In the recent PwC survey 44% of CEO respondents ranked data privacy among top 3 policies most impactful to their businesses and 69% of all respondents were “very actively” looking to shape data privacy policy.
