There are few towns as charming as Mystic. A quaint seaside village set about two hours southwest of Boston, this small Connecticut town is worthy of a weekend visit. Yes, the pace here is slower, but that's not a bad thing, especially if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city.
