About 20 miles east of Brawley in the southeast corner of California are the Algodones Dunes, one of the largest dune regions on the continent. Camping here is nothing less than spectacular, with scenic campgrounds spread around massive rock formations and sites just perfect for pitching a tent or setting up an RV.
