We are pleased to share insights from the national seminar “Inclusion and Communication in Education in Complex Social Contexts”, held within the Erasmus+ SPARK project in collaboration with UNICOM. A key contribution was the interactive workshop led by Hanna Afuzova, focusing on inclusive approaches in higher education and strategies to overcome communication and cultural barriers. The session provided practical tools and European perspectives on working with individuals in vulnerable and crisis situations. The workshop fostered meaningful discussion on how universities can strengthen their third mission and act as drivers of inclusion, social cohesion, and community engagement.

26.06.25 started the coordination meeting at the University of Genoa. DISFOR welcomed us again. Coordination meeting will be held on 26-27 June, 2025 at the faculty DISFOR, University of Genoa.

As part of the UNICOM, a workshop on "University-Community Cooperation Models: Comparative Perspectives from Germany and Ukraine" was held on 09.01.25. The event became a valuable platform for exchanging experiences. A highlight of the event was the presentation by Dr. Ralf J.Treidel, who shared insights into the "City of Open Innovation" project. He emphasized the importance of strategic access to external innovation potential in building an open innovation culture for the sustainable development of cities and communities.

3 травня 2024 р. українські учасники консорціуму обмінювались враженнями та напрацюваннями під час навчального візиту до Університету Латвії (Рига). Також обговорювались майбутні моделі хабів співпраці університетів та громад. Важливість обміну досвідом підтвердилася - відновлена інформація про інноваційну структуру ЛУ https://www.lvpeak.lu.lv/en/

22 квітня 2024 спільно з проєктом Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence ESSIE відбувся круглий стіл по результатам візиту в Університет Латвії (Рига) "Соціальна згуртованість і залучення спільнот". Дякуємо за щиру підтримку п. І. Баусову (Університете Латвії), яка долучилась до роботи круглого столу та презентувала інноваційні технології гейміфікації. В рамках круглого столу відбувся також воркшоп на тему "Соціальна інклюзія, згуртованість та залучення спільнот" доцента І. С. Маркусь. Презентації на сайті проєкту ECCIE www.cessie.eu
