Suyumbike Tower
The "Falling" Suyumbike Tower in the Kazan Kremlin

The 60-meter tower is slightly tilted to the northeast of the city, but it does not fall permanently (the preservation of the structure is tirelessly monitored). According to legends, more than 5 centuries ago the beautiful queen Suyumbike ordered its construction after the death of her beloved husband.

Kul Sharif Mosque
