Surya Namaskar Challenge 2026 | IIT Madras Zanzibar

As part of the lead-up to the Day of 2026, IIT Madras Zanzibar hosted the Surya Namaskar Challenge on 10 June 2026, bringing together students, faculty, and staff for an inspiring celebration of wellness, perseverance, and mindful living.

Participants took on a 30-minute challenge to complete as many rounds of Surya Namaskar as possible, testing their endurance, focus, and determination. The event highlighted the transformative power of yoga in fostering physical fitness, mental resilience, and holistic well-being.
