We provide comprehensive business training, help develop prototypes and link the same to investors. TEDI Is a registered Institution expected to launch its operations in April 2015. We will mostly base on providing leadership and entrepreneurship education to youngsters. We are currently conducting short courses on PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (Public speaking, leadership, stress management, time
management and entrepreneurship). And other important courses such as WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MICRO ENTERPRISES AND MICRO FINANCING, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS RESEARCHES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. Also important courses such as BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING, COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, JOURNALISM AND MASS COMMUNICATION, PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT will be offered from April in 2015. Three stages interview will be conducted for students aspiring to join this Institution, with the aim of assessing their talents and abilities and willingness to become Leaders and entrepreneurs in their career. Each and every students should undergo PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING before commencing normal classes for a respective course. This aims to prepare a positive mindset ready to receive important courses based on innovative and creativity. We are preparing youngsters to become problems solvers in our communities and at work places. We believe that creativity and innovation is very important for the economic development of our nation. This institution has come due to the weaknesses of our education system in Tanzania. The weaknesses of our education systems in colleges and universities in Tanzania is the cause of high unemployment rate. Our education sylabuses, course contents and model of delivery do not suit the greatest challenges one is expected to meet after graduation (at work place or self employed). Universities provide education that does not prepare students to creation of entrepreneurial capacity for empowering individuals to create self employment and employment for others. They prepare people to seek employment after graduation rather than thinking on their feet and creating employment opporunties to unleash their potentials. Education system is a theoretical based education rather than doing education. Therefore TEDI has come to challenge such weakness. We are preparing students to become great thinkers at work place and sel employment. All Parents who intend to prepare their children become creative and innovative are welcome.
