Mulimani (Upili) Secondary School Please Join in Mulimani (Upili) Secondary School was started by Professor Tigiti S. Y. Sengo and his friend.

Sengo spearhead the initiative with intention of recruiting the brightest students in the country also as tool for University of Dar es Salaam. Professor Sengo currently is a Senior Lecturer with the Open University of Tanzania and is vigorously fighting for Swahili language in order to promote Tanzania’s culture Globally.
