Have we made advocacy for the National Education budget to be not less than 20% of the total national budget? If not, do we have any right to complain when thousands university students don't get sufficient loans, children with disabilities in schools lack appropriate studying facilities? We need to stand-out for increment of the Education Sector budget in Tanzania.
