And the friendships and memories created this term have been truly outstanding! The children have absolutely loved our topic ‘At the Zoo!’ Each week, they have been thrilled to learn something new — from exploring animal habitats to enjoying wonderful animal-themed literature.

We have explored a wide range of texts and are incredibly proud of our Blossoms for challenging themselves and embracing new learning experiences. It has been wonderful to see their curiosity and enthusiasm grow.

We celebrate our little Blossoms family and the beautiful community that continues to nurture, support, and bring out the very best in our little learners!

And just like that, we have reached the end of term! The children had a fantastic time at their end-of-year Holiday Party. We sang, danced, and celebrated together — what a wonderful way to end the year with love, laughter, and warmth!

This week, our children celebrated Friendship Week! We talked about being kind and loving towards one another. The children truly enjoyed the activities and showed great enthusiasm as they explored what it means to be a good friend.

Alongside this, we continued our learning through playful activities, reinforcing both our numbers and letters in engaging and meaningful ways.

At Blossom Fields, we value each individual and show compassion in everything we do. Our values are what make our setting unique. We strive to instill not only strong moral character but also excellent academic skills. We believe that when children are happy, content, and love school, their academic learning naturally flourishes.

We are so proud of our wonderful children and our amazing teachers, who embody our ethos with such passion every single day!

What a Fantastic Start to Our New Topic: Minibeasts!

The children have embarked on an exciting journey through a rich and engaging curriculum, exploring numbers, letters, fine motor skills, science, geography, literacy—including fact files—and so much more!

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) beautifully fosters themed learning, carefully incorporating each child’s individual abilities and ensuring all are challenged appropriately. Throughout the week, the children have been curious, observant, and truly empowered by their own inquisitiveness as they discover the fascinating world of minibeasts.
