Last week, students and staff from St Jude's Secondary School came together for a blood donation drive, helping address the ongoing shortage of blood available for patients in hospitals across Tanzania.🩸

A single blood donation can save up to three lives, making this one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to give back to the community.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported the day.

Your generosity will help ensure life-saving blood is available for patients when they need it most.

Supporting students to thrive in a digital world.

Each year, our Form 5 students receive their own personal laptops, giving them greater access to technology throughout their studies.

Digital skills are already an important part of education at St Jude's. Alongside our dedicated ICT and ESL labs, personal laptops give students more opportunities to practise these skills as part of their everyday learning, whether they're researching an assignment, working on a project or preparing for further study.

We're grateful to the supporters whose generosity makes this possible year after year. Your support is helping our students build the confidence and digital skills they'll take with them into their futures.

For many families, Scholarship Application Day is the beginning of a very important journey.

Over the recent days, we welcomed hundreds of Standard 1 and 2 applicants and their families to St Jude's as they took the first step in our scholarship selection process.

The day involved academic assessments and document verifications, helping us identify students to progress to the next stage of selection.

Over the coming weeks, shortlisted applicants will continue through the process, including home visits and further assessments, ensuring scholarships are awarded to students with academic potential who would benefit most from a St Jude's education.

Thank you to our staff and volunteers who helped make the day possible. We look forward to sharing more of the journey in the weeks ahead😍
