Nashipay Maasai School provides education which focuses on enabling pupils to have self-reliant mind. Maasai Primary School follows normal curriculum which in the end prepares a students to work in Tanzania. The pupils who seats for national examination at Nashipay Maasai School perform well every year. For example, for academic year 2021 students results for Standard four Nashipay Maasai School came out the 2nd position in the Whole Monduli District.

Nashipay Maasai School receives pupils per annual, every time national standard one enrolment is conducted, parents who wish their children to join Nashipay Maasai School in Arusha can go to school to register their children.

However, parents around Makuyuni village in Monduli District Council, Arusha region are highly accepted since school like are all around Tanzania. And, those villages around Nashipay Nashipay Maasai School are highly recommended to enroll their children when reaches 5-7 years old.

In addition to the primary school, Nashipay Maasai Initiatives has economic activities to build financial resilience and independence among the villagers, particularly the women.
