「讓家長工作育兒兩兼顧，福委會可申辦居家托育服務！」
近年來，不少企業為了照顧員工，陸續開辦 #企業托育，
不僅減輕員工壓力、更使職員能全心全意投入工作💪
然而，並不是每個企業都有充足的空間及資源可辦理托兒設施，
這時候，就可由 #職工福利委員會 來辦理 #居家式托育服務 ！
🎉法規開放
勞動部於108年時就已擴大福委會之業務範圍，開放其辦理托嬰中心、職場教保中心。

🎉擴大辦理
今年5月，更進一步針對事業單位員工之微型托育需求（4人以下），
開放福委會辦理 #居家式托育 服務！
✅收托對象：以員工12歲以下之子女、孫子女為原則。
✅招收人數：限4人以下。其中未滿2歲者以2人為限。

In recent years, many companies have gradually begun initiating as a part of employee benefits,
which has not only helped to lighten employees’ loads, it has also further allowed employees to fully focus on their jobs. 💪
However, not every company has sufficient space and resources to open a childcare facility.
So under this circumstance, can help apply for # Family childcare service!
🎉New Law Effective
The Ministry of Labor already expanded the service areas of the employee welfare committee in 2019, authorizing them to administer baby care centers and workplace cooperative style education and care service centers.

🎉Expanded Services
This May, to further meet the needs of micro-childcare (below 4 children) for company staff, we have begun authorizing employee welfare committees to apply for # Family childcare service!
✅ Childcare Recipient: Basically for company staff’s children and grandchildren under 12 years old.
✅ Number of Children Admitted: Limited to 4 people. Maximum of 2 children under 2 years old.
