As we gear up for the 12th AFST Scholars' Forum, we are excited to introduce our Keynote Speaker, Dr. Irish Valerie Maggay, a Filipina Assistant Professor at Chung Yuan Christian University.

Her research work focuses on designing antifouling membranes and understanding interfacial phenomena that govern fouling, adsorption, and transport in complex systems, bridging fundamental science with applications in wastewater treatment and biomedical technologies.
