雙語三月主題：全球回收日 🌍 Global Recycling Day ♻️
三月的朝會，特別精彩！Grace老師用實物示範，教大家如何用英語分類：紙類 (paper)、塑膠 (plastic)、玻璃 (glass)、金屬罐 (cans) 和垃圾 (trash)。

下課後的英語角更是十分熱鬧！孩子們興奮地進行Wordwall 互動式闖關，在遊戲中複習環保字彙。看著大家專注的神情，不僅學到了英語，更成為守護地球的「環保小尖兵」！🌟

呼應雙語晨會的主題句：”Take one step at a time!”（一步一腳印）
我們相信，從分類這種小事做起，每個人都有改變世界的力量！💪

Our March morning assembly was a blast! Teacher used real objects to demonstrate how to sort waste in English: paper, plastic, glass, cans, trash.

The English Corner after class was buzzing with excitement! Students eagerly took on Wordwall interactive challenges, reviewing eco-vocabulary through play. Seeing their focused faces, it’s clear they aren’t just learning English—they are becoming "Little Eco-Warriors" protecting our Earth! 🌟

Echoing our assembly slogan: "One step at a time!"

We believe that by starting with small actions like recycling, everyone has the power to change the world! 💪

🎲 Phonics Meet! 桌遊時間🌟讓發音動起來！
誰說練發音只能排排坐、跟著讀？在內城的英語教室裡，我們把 Phonics 變成了有趣又好玩的桌遊競賽！

🌈Pair Work
孩子們兩人一組，輪流投擲骰子，並在對應的格子上精準讀出發音單字。這不僅是發音練習，更是聽力與反應力的雙重考驗！

最快將透明片移到對面的得分✅為了贏得勝利，孩子們都特別認真，連平時害羞的孩子都大聲開口讀英語了！

透過遊戲的過程互相糾正、彼此切磋，這份學習的主動性正是英語學習中最珍貴的時刻✨

🎲 Phonics Meet! Board Game Time! 🌟 Bringing Phonics to Life!
Who says practicing phonics has to be about sitting in rows and repeating after the teacher? Here at Neicheng, we’ve transformed Phonics into an exciting and fun board game competition!

🌈 Pair Work
Students work in pairs, taking turns rolling the dice and accurately pronouncing the words on the grid. It’s more than just a pronunciation drill; it’s a double challenge for both listening skills and reaction speed!

The goal? Be the fastest to move your transparent chips to the opposite side to score! ✅ Everyone was so focused on winning that even the shyest students were shouting out English words with confidence!

Watching them correct and challenge each other during the game reminds me that active learning is the most precious moment in the classroom. ✨

各位小小地球守護者，你知道嗎？今天是一年一度的「全球回收日」！
Hey there, little Earth Guardians! Did you know that today is the annual Global Recycling Day?

❓ 這天是怎麼來的？｜How did it start?
在 2018 年，「國際回收局」(BIR) 慶祝 70 歲生日時創立了這個日子。隨後，聯合國也一起加入推廣，提醒大家地球的資源是有限的。
In 2018, the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) created this day to celebrate its 70th birthday. Later, the United Nations joined in to remind everyone that Earth's resources are limited.

✨ 垃圾其實不是垃圾！｜Trash isn't actually trash!
「全球回收日」想邀請大家換個角度看世界：很多東西其實是「放錯位置的資源」。
Global Recycling Day invites us to see the world differently: Many things are actually "resources in the wrong place."

可重複使用 (Reusable)：像玻璃瓶可以變花瓶。
可回收 (Recyclable)：像舊報紙可以變新紙張。
不是垃圾 (Not trash at all!)：只要有創意，它們都是寶物！

💪 我們可以怎麼做？｜What can we do?
如果不趕快行動，地球就快沒地方放垃圾了！我們可以從這三點開始：
If we don't act fast, Earth will run out of space for trash! We can start with these three steps:

創意解決方案 (Creative Solutions)：想出減少垃圾的新方法。
修復與恢復 (Repair & Restore)：東西壞了先試著修修看，別急著丟。
保護主要資源 (Protecting Primary Resources)：透過回收，我們就不需要一直從大自然拿走木頭、石油和水。

在這個寒冷的冬季，內城國小部的課堂正湧動著一股暖心的國際熱流🔥配合宜蘭縣 #雙語生活化校園計畫 啟動了❄️來自雪國的祝福❄️跨國交流，讓宜蘭內城的孩子們與日本東京的筆友們，透過彼此的第二外語，展開一場別開生面的文化對話。

🖌️Step1 指尖上的溫暖傳遞 🇹🇼
孩子們在藝文課拿起畫筆練習粉彩繪畫，並結合課堂所學的英語書寫，一筆一畫在卡片上築起友誼的橋樑🌈
將對遠方筆友的好奇與祝福裝入信封，英語不再只是考卷上的單字，而是連結世界的真實語言。

🗻 Step2 驚喜的新年賀卡 🇯🇵
就在近日，我們興奮地收到了來自東京的回信！
看著日本筆友在卡片中細膩地描繪富士山、門松，以及代表 2026 年生肖「馬」的圖案，孩子們驚呼連連🤩深刻感受到異國的新年氛圍。最令大家驚喜的是，日本小朋友也在信中分享了對台灣美食滷肉飯與小籠包的熱愛😎這份跨越海洋的共鳴，讓教室裡充滿了笑聲與成就感🥳

🌈 讓色彩化作祝福，讓文字傳遞情誼。
這座跨越宜蘭與東京的友誼彩虹橋，我們期待未來能有更多精彩的相會❤️

🌏 Bringing the World into the Classroom: A Pen Pal Journey with Friends in Tokyo 📮
In the heart of this chilly winter, a warm wave of international connection is flowing through the classrooms of Neicheng Elementary. As part of the Yilan County "Bilingual Campus Life Project," we have officially launched "Blessings from the Snow Country ❄️," a cross-border exchange connecting our students with pen pals in Tokyo, Japan. Through their shared second language, these young learners are embarking on a truly unique cultural dialogue.
🖌️ Step 1: 🇹🇼 ➡️ 🇯🇵 – Warmth at Their Fingertips
During art class, our students picked up their pastels to create beautiful drawings, combining their artwork with the English writing skills they’ve practiced in class. Stroke by stroke, they built a bridge of friendship 🌈, packing their curiosity and blessings into envelopes for their distant friends. For them, English is no longer just vocabulary on a test—it is a real-world language that connects them to the globe.
🗻 Step 2: 🇯🇵 ➡️ 🇹🇼 – A New Year Surprise
The excitement reached a fever pitch recently when we received replies from Tokyo!
Watching the students' eyes light up as they saw the delicate drawings of Mount Fuji, Kadomatsu (traditional pine decorations), and the 2026 Year of the Horse was truly special 🤩. They felt the festive atmosphere of a foreign New Year firsthand. The biggest surprise? Reading that their Japanese pen pals love Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice and Xiao Long Bao! 😎 This shared connection across the ocean filled our classroom with laughter and a great sense of achievement 🥳.
🌈 Let colors become blessings; let words carry our friendship.
We look forward to many more wonderful encounters across this "Rainbow Bridge" of friendship between Yilan and Tokyo. ❤️

孩子們跟著線索走遍校園，動腦也動身，不只運用基礎英語能力，還需要來點～邏輯推理、解碼圖像，完成任務的那一刻，可以看出孩子們臉上滿是成就感與自信！

🎄 連續三天的聖誕闖關活動
每天都有不一樣的挑戰！孩子們玩得意猶未盡，在遊戲的過程中培養專注力與觀察力，也享受開口說英語的樂趣😎

活動的最後一天，高年級的學長姐化身小小文化大使，介紹🇬🇧英國、🇵🇭菲律賓、🇧🇷巴西、🇳🇿紐西蘭、🇲🇦摩洛哥的聖誕節特色，
勇敢站上舞台，用雙語帶大家看見世界 🌏✨

🏠 Christmas Story House
Led by our foreign teacher Grace,
students enjoyed English picture books, listened to stories, and answered questions together.
Laughter and imagination filled the air as everyone felt the warmth of Christmas.

🔍 Christmas Hunt
Following clues around the campus, students stayed active and engaged.
They used basic English skills, logical thinking, and picture decoding to complete each mission.
The smiles of accomplishment said it all!

Students couldn’t get enough of the activities,
building focus, observation skills, and teamwork through fun and playful challenges.

On the final day, our upper-grade students became young cultural ambassadors,
introducing Christmas traditions from the UK, the Philippines, New Zealand, Brazil and Morocco.
Bravely presenting on stage in both Chinese and English, they helped everyone see the world through Christmas 🌏✨

🎄✨ Warm Hearts for Christmas ❤️ Joy at Neicheng ✨🎄
This year, Neicheng students joined together for the very first time 📬
to write letters to Santa Claus around the world 🎅 — HOHOHO!
📮 Our letters traveled to Germany 🇩🇪, France 🇫🇷, Finland 🇫🇮,
and Canada 🇨🇦 — Santa Claus Village!
Students wrote about their wishes and introduced themselves,
with upper graders even sharing special things about Taiwan 🇹🇼
For some children, it was their very first time completing a letter in English —
seeing their pride and bright smiles was truly touching 🥹
Every focused gaze, every radiant smile,
and every envelope carried a heart full of sincerity 💌
This anticipation, effort, and genuine wish is the warmest Christmas gift of all 🎁
