【國際救災載具與機器人研討會】圓滿舉行 🎉

智慧載具研發中心於3月23日舉辦「國際救災載具與機器人研討會」，攜手 Tohoku University 🇯🇵 與 National Taiwan University of Science and Technology 🇹🇼，集結國內外學界與產業專家 🤝，共同探討智慧載具與救災機器人在極端環境中的應用與發展。
本次議題涵蓋兩棲載具、無人機應用、自主導航、核災應變及電動救援車輛等關鍵技術，展現跨領域整合與創新能量。
透過國際交流與產學對話，持續推動智慧救災科技發展，強化公共安全與基礎設施韌性 。
此外，Tohoku University 災害科學國際研究所（Tough Cyberphysical AI Research Center）與明志科技大學智慧載具研發中心也於今日正式簽署合作備忘錄（MOU），象徵雙方將在智慧救災科技、人工智慧應用及載具系統研發等領域展開更緊密的國際合作 🤝。未來將透過人才交流、技術研發與跨國研究計畫，共同推動前瞻技術發展，進一步提升災害應變能力與公共安全韌性。

International Symposium on Rescue Vehicles and Robots Successfully Held 🎉

The Intelligent Vehicle Research and Development Center hosted the International Symposium on Rescue Vehicles and Robots on March 23, in collaboration with Tohoku University 🇯🇵 and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology 🇹🇼. Experts from academia and industry 🤝 gathered to explore the latest developments in intelligent vehicles and rescue robotics for extreme environments.
Key topics included amphibious vehicles , drone technologies, autonomous navigation, nuclear disaster response, and electric rescue vehicles , highlighting interdisciplinary innovation and integration.
Through international exchange and industry–academia collaboration, the symposium contributes to advancing smart disaster-response technologies and strengthening public safety and infrastructure resilience.
In addition, the Disaster Science International Research Institute (Tough Cyberphysical AI Research Center) of Tohoku University and the Intelligent Vehicle Research and Development Center of Ming Chi University of Technology officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the same day 🤝. This partnership marks a new phase of collaboration in smart disaster-response technologies, AI applications, and vehicle system development. Future initiatives will include talent exchange, joint research projects, and technology development to further enhance disaster response capabilities and public safety resilience.

明志科技大學智慧載具研發中心於 11月11日 舉辦「2025智慧載具論壇—產官學研交流合作與前瞻展望」，並邀請 總統府沈榮津資政 以「台灣韌性供應鏈的全球競爭力」發表專題演講。活動集結產、官、學、研代表，共同交流智慧載具技術趨勢與供應鏈發展。

上午由 鄭榮和主任 及研究團隊分享車電整合、整車測試、電池包BMS等研發成果，並安排參訪多項關鍵實驗室，展示智慧載具研發能量。

下午場由 沈榮津資政 深度解析台灣產業轉型方向、AI新建設與供應鏈韌性策略，並分享AI導入產業的實務案例與前瞻洞見。

明志科大感謝各界先進參與，以及沈資政的蒞臨指導。期盼透過跨域合作，持續推動台灣智慧載具與永續產業的創新發展。

The Intelligent Vehicle Research & Development Center at Ming Chi University of Technology held the “2025 Smart Mobility Forum: Industry–Government–Academia Collaboration and Future Prospects” on November 11, inviting Senior Advisor to the President, Mr. Jong-Chin Shen, to deliver a keynote speech titled “The Global Competitiveness of Taiwan’s Resilient Supply Chain.” The event brought together experts and representatives from industry, government, academia, and research sectors to exchange insights on intelligent vehicle technologies and supply chain development.

During the morning session, Director Prof. Jung-Ho Cheng and his research team presented the center’s R&D achievements in vehicle–electronics integration, full-vehicle testing, and battery pack BMS testing. Guests were also invited to visit several key laboratories, showcasing the center’s strong capabilities in intelligent vehicle development.

In the afternoon, Senior Advisor Shen provided an in-depth analysis of Taiwan’s industrial transformation, AI infrastructure initiatives, and supply chain resilience strategies, while sharing practical cases of AI integration across industries along with forward-looking insights.

Ming Chi University of Technology expresses its sincere appreciation to all participants and to Senior Advisor Shen for his valuable guidance and inspiring keynote speech. 新北市消防局、台灣本田公司與明志科技大學於113/5/29（三）在本校共同舉辦 #新北市2024油電/電動車輛安全防制研討會。

研討會匯集了學術界、政府機構和企業界的專家學者，進行3場電動車用鑑定電池案例專題講座：

📍【電動車輛之火燒車致災因子分析】

📍【Honda油電混合車輛緊急救援之研討】

此外，台灣本田公司提供新款Honda Civic及Fit油電混合車款，進行實車展示教學，有各地消防人員約100餘人參加。透過研討強化學術、實務與產業界互動學習，持續朝「安居、安全、安心」三安新北市邁進，共創三安共好的基石。
