🎬 Just watched Jurassic Park: Rebirth 🦖
It wasn’t as thrilling as the original, but I was still impressed by the hero who saved the little girl — and the woman with incredible shooting skills, beauty, and wisdom.
剛看完《侏羅紀公園：重生》。
雖然沒有以前那麼刺激，但我仍然很佩服那位救了小女孩的英雄，以及那位集神射技巧、美貌與智慧於一身的女性角色。

以前我們最常吃的乖乖，就是椰子口味跟五香口味～

There’s so much I want to share with you all—please allow me some time to put everything into words. Thank you for your patience and continued support ❤️

幾天前參加了一場音樂會，由一群平均年齡62歲的男士們組成的合唱團，他們在舞台上演唱超過一個小時。對他們來說，這是一次體力與毅力的挑戰。他們做到了，真的很棒👏
A few days ago, I attended a concert performed by a choir of gentlemen, whose average age is 62. Singing on stage for over an hour was a true challenge for them—and they did it! They were amazing! 👏

這讓我想到：「事在人為」。你還記得「不老騎士」嗎？你的夢想實現了嗎？如果還沒有，只要你願意，每天一點一滴地累積、前進，給自己一些時間，滴水穿石，終會築夢成功💪
It reminded me of a saying “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” Do you remember the “Go Grandriders”? Have your dreams come true yet? If not, as long as you’re willing to take one small step at a time and keep moving forward, little by little, you’ll get there. Give yourself time—grain by grain, and a mountain will be formed. 💪

📝他們唱「如此愛你」時我流淚了，而當他們唱「你鼓舞了我」，許多聽眾都紅了眼眶。這不只是一場音樂會，更是一場觸動心靈的盛宴。
📝 I cried when they sang “And I Love You So” (如此愛你), and many in the audience teared up when they performed “You Raise Me Up.” It wasn’t just a concert, it was also a soulful experience that touched both the heart and spirit.

在尋找伯樂的路上，我開啟了一段新的旅程。或許不知道能走多遠，但每一步，我都願意用心前行。
On the path to find those who believe in me, I started a new journey (chapter). I may not know how far I’ll go, but I’m committed to walking each step with my heart.

為了讓英文內容更準確，我除了自己用心撰寫，也會請母語的朋友們幫忙協助確認。
To make sure my English posts are accurate, I not only write carefully myself but also ask native-speaking friends to help review and revise them.

這位老師，就是我的顧問之一。我們沒有任何職稱，只是單純地希望，能為每一位喜歡學習的人帶來一些溫暖與支持。
This teacher is one of my advisors. There’s no formal title—just a simple wish to bring warmth and support to everyone who loves learning.

Julianna 是一位英文老師，在台灣長大，曾在美國留學，有多年教學經驗。
Julianna is an English teacher who grew up in Taiwan, so studied in the U.S., and has many years of teaching experience.

她選擇回到台灣發展，把這裡當作自己的家。許多留學生會選擇留在國外，很少有人願意回國發展，可見她對「家」的感情有多深。
Unlike many international students who choose to stay abroad, she decided to return and build her life in Taiwan—her homeland. The choice speaks the volumes about her deep-rooted connection to the idea of “home”.

🔮 上班族 Office Workers
一天忙到晚，好不容易躺在床上，終於有自己的 me time。一滑手機，時間就悄悄流逝，快樂的時光總是特別短暫。
After a long day of work, you finally lie on the bed and enjoy some me time. But with just a few scrolls on your phone, time slips away. Happy moments always seem to pass too quickly.

🔮 父母 Parents
孩子終於睡了，夜晚才真正屬於自己。這是喘息、放空、重拾自我的唯一時刻。
The kids are finally asleep. The night is your only own time — a moment to breathe, relax, and reclaim yourself.

🔮 年輕人 Young Adults
工作結束後終於能做自己想做的事：居酒屋、聚餐、夜店、打電動……一下子又到了凌晨。
After work, it’s finally time to do what you love — izakaya, dinner with friends, clubbing, gaming… and suddenly, it’s past midnight again.

快樂的時光總是短暫，
於是我們熬夜 → 隔天起不來 → 一整天無精打采 → 倚賴咖啡或飲料提神 → 又再度熬夜，形成惡性循環。
Happy moments are fleeting, so we stay up late → struggle to wake up → feel drained all day → rely on caffeine or sugary drinks → stay up late again. And the cycle continues.

#建議：
擬定一份睡前時間表，循序漸進地調整作息。習慣的養成需要時間，堅持21天，就有可能看見改變的開始！
Tip: Create a bedtime routine and gradually adjust your schedule. It takes about 21 days to build a habit — stick with it, and you’ll start to see the change！
