It wasn’t as thrilling as the original, but I was still impressed by the hero who saved the little girl — and the woman with incredible shooting skills, beauty, and wisdom.
剛看完《侏羅紀公園：重生》。
雖然沒有以前那麼刺激，但我仍然很佩服那位救了小女孩的英雄，以及那位集神射技巧、美貌與智慧於一身的女性角色。

幾天前參加了一場音樂會，由一群平均年齡62歲的男士們組成的合唱團，他們在舞台上演唱超過一個小時。對他們來說，這是一次體力與毅力的挑戰。他們做到了，真的很棒👏
A few days ago, I attended a concert performed by a choir of gentlemen, whose average age is 62. Singing on stage for over an hour was a true challenge for them—and they did it! They were amazing! 👏

這讓我想到：「事在人為」。你還記得「不老騎士」嗎？你的夢想實現了嗎？如果還沒有，只要你願意，每天一點一滴地累積、前進，給自己一些時間，滴水穿石，終會築夢成功💪
It reminded me of a saying “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” Do you remember the “Go Grandriders”? Have your dreams come true yet? If not, as long as you’re willing to take one small step at a time and keep moving forward, little by little, you’ll get there. Give yourself time—grain by grain, and a mountain will be formed. 💪

🔮 上班族 Office Workers
一天忙到晚，好不容易躺在床上，終於有自己的 me time。一滑手機，時間就悄悄流逝，快樂的時光總是特別短暫。
After a long day of work, you finally lie on the bed and enjoy some me time. But with just a few scrolls on your phone, time slips away. Happy moments always seem to pass too quickly.

🔮 父母 Parents
孩子終於睡了，夜晚才真正屬於自己。這是喘息、放空、重拾自我的唯一時刻。
The kids are finally asleep. The night is your only own time — a moment to breathe, relax, and reclaim yourself.

🔮 年輕人 Young Adults
工作結束後終於能做自己想做的事：居酒屋、聚餐、夜店、打電動……一下子又到了凌晨。
After work, it’s finally time to do what you love — izakaya, dinner with friends, clubbing, gaming… and suddenly, it’s past midnight again.

快樂的時光總是短暫，
於是我們熬夜 → 隔天起不來 → 一整天無精打采 → 倚賴咖啡或飲料提神 → 又再度熬夜，形成惡性循環。
Happy moments are fleeting, so we stay up late → struggle to wake up → feel drained all day → rely on caffeine or sugary drinks → stay up late again. And the cycle continues.

#建議：
擬定一份睡前時間表，循序漸進地調整作息。習慣的養成需要時間，堅持21天，就有可能看見改變的開始！
Tip: Create a bedtime routine and gradually adjust your schedule. It takes about 21 days to build a habit — stick with it, and you’ll start to see the change！
