【Event Highlights: Theatre in Education Workshop】

On June 3, we were delighted to welcome Ms. Yu-Chin Hsiao, Founder and Artistic Director of Think Feel Move, to lead an inspiring workshop entitled “Applied Theatre and Social Issues.” The workshop was offered as part of the “Theatre in Education” course taught by Prof. Sheng-Tao Fan.

Using the Smashed Project Taiwan as a central case study, participants explored a range of applied theatre approaches, including Process Drama, Devised Theatre, and Forum Theatre. Through discussion and experiential activities, students examined how theatre can engage with contemporary social issues and foster meaningful dialogue.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our Teaching Assistant, Alden, for his dedicated support throughout the course and for managing our department’s Facebook updates, helping to keep our community informed and connected.

On May 20, we were honored to welcome Yu-Chin Hsiao, the Founder and Artistic Director of Think Feel Move, to lead an inspiring workshop titled “Applied Theatre and Social Issues.” This engaging session was part of our “Theatre in Education” course, taught by Prof. Sheng-Tao Fan.

The workshop focused on utilizing theatre to process various critical issues, such as Life Education, Moral Education, and Multicultural Education.

On May 13, we were honored to welcome Chiao Han Chan, a drama therapist and MA graduate of the Drama Therapy Program at the Department of Creative Arts Therapies, Concordia University, to lead an empathetic workshop titled “Creative Arts Therapies and Arts Inclusion” as part of our “Theatre in Education” course, taught by Prof. Sheng-Tao Fan.

The workshop focused on using metaphors, diverse art forms, and art materials to express lived experiences and inner processes.

Special thanks to our Teaching Assistant, Alden, for his dedicated support and assistance in sharing the event on the department’s page.

【模擬藝術創業募資路演】

05/13（三），「藝術創業與財務管理」課程中，任課教師暨計畫主持人——表藝所范聖韜教授，邀請四位業界專家，為研究生舉辦「模擬藝術創業募資路演」。

本次評審陣容，依照本學期進入課堂分享的順序，包括：卓越校友——五口創意有限公司共同創辦人暨營運長孫明恩、臺安傑國際天使投資股份有限公司董事長簡丹、加減乘會計師事務所創辦人暨會計師陳皓，以及卓越校友——三點水製藝文化股份有限公司負責人暨董事長史潔。

本次路演由研究生分成三組進行，每組以15分鐘簡報，呈現藝術創業提案。簡報結束後，由四位評審分別針對創業五大關鍵面向——時機、團隊與執行、創意、商業模式與資金，進行提問、回饋與講評。

透過模擬募資路演，學生得以在實戰情境中，進一步理解產業、市場與投資方的思維模式，深化對藝術創業的整體視野與實務能力。

本課程由臺師大教學發展中心114-2「補助教學精進創新與專業社群計畫」支持。

【創新創業與職涯組合：職業倫理課程紀實】

今天（05/06）的「職業倫理」課程，進行創新創業與職涯組合工作坊。

本次工作坊由二位企業組織系統排列師——林斐雯、吳松揚協同帶領，透過體驗式學習與情境引導，讓學生於具體互動中探索創業與職涯發展的關聯。

課程進一步導入系統排列方法，進行三個個案演練，分別由臺師大表藝系、臺師大表藝所及外系友校學生，提出自身職涯發展議題，共同進行討論與回應。

工作坊引導學生進入創業家精神的思維框架，透過跨年齡、跨世代與跨領域的互動，學生逐步理解當代職場的多重樣態與流動特點。

本次創新創業與職涯組合工作坊，獲教育部 iLink 計畫支持。

計畫名稱為「藝企鏈結產業：強化領導力、團隊力、創業力的課程革新」，由表藝系范聖韜教授擔任計畫主持人與任課教師。

【創業家精神與藝術創業：資金】

05/06（三），「藝術創業與財務管理」課程中，任課教師暨計畫主持人——表藝所范聖韜教授，帶領研究生深入探索「資金」在創業歷程中的關鍵角色。

課程透過兩場體驗式教學活動，引導學生規劃募資路徑，並針對具體的「下一小步」產出行動計畫。

首先，透過系統排列練習，建立步步為營的募資方案。學生在空間中排開募資的不同階段，並透過身體感知，辨識當下最需要投入的關鍵步驟。

接著，在第二個練習中，運用「0 到 10 刻度」，讓學生分別站在現況與成功募資（10 分）的位置回望，進而找出通往目標的「當下第一小步」。

透過層層推進，學生不僅理解資金的運作，也能觀察其在整體系統中的動態邏輯。

課程最後，聚焦於「資金」主題，各組進行模擬創業路演，將理論轉化為具體的實務體驗，深化整體學習歷程。

本課程由臺師大教學發展中心 114-2 「補助教學精進創新與專業社群計畫」支持。
