Very proud of my student 💪
In 6 weeks only, he didn't lose muscle mass (80.1 to 79.8kg), but lost 3.3% fat mass (20.1% to 16.9%)!!
His goal was to loose fat mass while gaining muscle mass and we succeeded! Sorry HE succeeded.
And that's only within 6 weeks, imagine after one year, and after a lifetime!
As for all my students, I do not use any drugs or supplements in my trainings and meal plans.
Some people might tell you they can loose more fat in less time, and they're right! But to what cost? They're either using drugs / supplements (that will destroy your body slowly) and / or cutting to much weight too fast / not eating enough, which can't be sustained on a life long term, so they'll gain fat eventually.
So how did he do? One word: discipline.
- He was dedicated to his training without skipping one day of it.
- He was serious with the food he ate. Cooking most of it and being conscious of everything he was eating, and following my intakes recommandations (and he was always feeling full!)
That's it! If you are capable of discipline yourself, everything is possible. I am here to help of course, but you make the journey by yourself! I'm just the wind blowing behind your back.

他的目標本來就是增加肌肉而減脂肪。可以說我們成功了!不對,他成功了!而且在6週內而已!想一下他過一年,過一輩子之後會多厲害!
很多人會跟你講可以減肥減更快而更多。。。他們說的對!可是他們不跟你講的是他們會用一些化學用品,或者吃太少。
吃化學用品慢慢傷害個人的身體。
突然吃太少不可能一輩子吃那麼少,所以等你回到正常吃東西一定會變更胖!
你說這樣是你想過的未來嗎?
那他怎麼做得到呢?沒有用魔術!
他只是用了兩個字:認真。
▪️ 他認真的按照我們的訓練時間動作和計畫。一天也沒有偷懶
▪️ 他天天基本上都自己煮飯而吃我叫他吃的東自。再說吃的超級包!
他走這個路是他自己走的。我只是像風一樣從後面吹吹幫他走的更順!
