我的教學理念一直是希望把每個學生都照顧好，所以我一屆只會收五個學生，他們每一位都是我用心對待的學生：所有文章我自己都會至少批閱三到五次，每個活動我都會審核含金量，並且協助他們去做，我很感謝家長的信任以及學生的努力，這些都是我在教學跟輔導道路上最大的動力。
