4月7日 (二) 12:30 -14:50 at S301 我們將帶領外籍生認識華人社會的「慎終追遠」精神，深入了解清明節的文化內涵。柯老師要分享柯媽媽的個人潤餅食譜，讓大家動手作，體驗傳統飲食文化，感受節日的獨特風味！

"A Taste of Qingming Festival"

Qingming, the fifth solar term in the traditional Chinese calendar, falls on the fifteenth day after the Spring Equinox. It marks a time of renewal in nature and holds deep cultural significance as a traditional festival in Chinese society.
Tuesday, April 7, 12:30 – 14:50 at S301, we will introduce international students to the spirit of "honoring ancestors and cherishing the past," offering a deeper insight into the meaning of the Qingming Festival. Through the hands-on experience of making runbing (spring rolls), participants will explore traditional culinary culture and savor the unique flavors of this special occasion.
