昨天與桃園市分局特勤隊的訓練非常棒。
訓練重點：雙人逮捕與控制、脫困、徒手上銬、武器確保、以及警棍運用。
非常佩服每位參與者的反應與工作態度。大家的投入、專注與韌性都達到了新的高度。
特別感謝桃園市政府警察局保安警察大隊特勤中隊及張警官策劃並促成此次活動。
因為有決心與堅持，我們才能不斷突破、追求更高的目標。
今天的訓練，是為了明天做好準備。

Great training with the Taoyuan SWAT team yesterday.
Two-man team arrest & control, extraction, handcuffing procedures, weapon retention, and police baton.
Really impressed by the response and work attitude from everyone who showed up. The dedication, focus, and grit was next level.
Big thanks to Taoyuan Police Department Elite Tactical Team and Officer Chang for organizing the event and making it happen.
Dedication and determination are what push us to higher levels and bigger goals. We train today to be ready tomorrow.

執法人員學習防身術應列為強制要求，警察的防身與一般民眾的防身在本質上是完全不同的。
警察負有執法、逮捕與壓制降溫的職責。只會打是不夠的。
他們必須清楚在何種情況下依法可以使用武力，因為
每一個處置都必須符合「客觀合理性」原則以及機關的用槍時機與使用武力規定。
警察應該在高壓與實戰情境下訓練，讓正確的武力層級能自然反應，不猶豫也不過當。

勤訓苦練。熟知法令。保護自己，才能保護他人。

Learning self Defense for Law Enforcement personnels should be a mandatory requirement, and LEO's self defense is fundamentally different from civilian self defense.
Officers have a duty to engage, detain, and de-escalate and knowing how to fight isn’t enough. They have to know when they’re legally justified to use force, because every decision has to meet the standard of objective reasonableness and department policy.
Officers should train realistically under pressure so the right level of force comes out automatically, without hesitation or overreaction.

Train hard. Know the law. Protect yourself so you can protect others.

很榮幸受邀至享有盛譽的臺灣警察專科學校，擔任教官研習班講師。
這所學校培育了無數優秀的警察人員，是臺灣警政歷史中不可或缺的一部分。
回到校園讓我想起許多美好的回憶。也是份殊榮。
感謝林總教官與陳教官促成此次機會。
讓我們持續努力，從各個面向強化同仁的專業與能力。

武器防奪涵蓋很多狀況: 站立時、地面優勢位或劣勢位, 以及槍枝在槍套內或已外露的情況.
要訓練、要實戰驗證.
永遠記住: 你不會在關鍵時刻 "超常發揮", 你只會表現出你平時訓練的程度.
Weapons retention covers many scenarios: standing, on the ground in top or bottom positions, and with the weapon either holstered or exposed.
Train it. Pressure test it.
Always remember: you don’t rise to the occasion, you fall to your level of training.
