I feel like a broken record saying this time and time again but we only see the visual transformation here …

The mental transformation, the character development, the confidence … all of that stuff can’t be conveyed by a picture.

The best way for me to explain this transformation is -> going from a boy to man.

As a man, being physically strong, doing the hard work and being proud of what we see in the mirror, lays the foundation and makes everything else we do so much easier.

Doing this will help you get:

A wider back, BUT!

It doesn't train the other back muscles you need for a defined look.

Dumbbell Rows are great for the latissimus, but we need to pair them with more exercises for a balanced look.

All you need is a pull exercise where you flare your elbows instead of keeping them close to your hip.

Doing this will build a wider back, BUT…

It won’t hit all the muscles you need for that fully defined look.

Dumbbell rows are solid for targeting the lats, but on their own they’re not enough. You need to combine them with other movements to create balance.

What’s missing? A pulling exercise where your elbows flare out instead of staying tucked to your hips.
