經過坎城提案的洗禮之後，
Emerge 2.0 華語原創內容開發計畫也來到了尾聲，
學員們在為期12週的開發計畫中盡全力發光發熱，即使開發計畫告了一段落但每個案子都持續在往好的方向前進。✨
After settling down from the big day in Cannes, the EMERGE 2.0: Chinese-language Feature Film Lab has come to an end. However, this is just the end of this development programme but already the start of something promising and worth looking forward to.

3月大家一起在新加坡進行第一次實體工作坊，好萊塢知名導演 朗.霍華 Ron Howard 親自越洋線上指導。4月的台北實體工作坊則由好萊塢監製/編劇 Trey Callaway 特雷.卡拉韋領軍。
課程中更邀請到美國編劇導演人才經理人/ 《沈默》電影監製 Sukee Chew 周士祺、Mokster Films CEO Nelson Mok 莫澤川、電影監製 JoJo Jui 許月珍、香港導演 Derek Tsang 曾國祥以及奧斯卡得獎導演 Pawo Choyning Dorji 巴沃邱寧多傑，來和學員們進行經驗交流和分享，受益良多。
From the first face-to-face workshop in Singapore back in March, the fellows have had the opportunities to interact and learn from some industry pioneers, including famed Hollywood director Ron Howard, Hollywood producer and scriptwriter Trey Callaway, Manager/ Producer Sukee Chew, Producer JoJo Jui, Director Derek Tsang, Oscar-winning director Pawo Choyning Dorji…it has been a very fruitful journey.

5月的電影產業盛會 🎞「坎城電影市場展」🎥 (Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes) 同時也是本開發計劃的重頭戲，即是由兩位統籌監製 – Imagine Entertainment 總裁 Janice Chua 蔡月蓉，和Sixty Percent共同創辦人及首席內容長 Cora Yim 嚴嘉念，帶領六個優秀的入選項目進行提案，並成功引起多個國際製片夥伴的注意，學員們也得到很多正面的回饋。
Everything built up to the most important part of this programme: the pitch day at Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes. Led by the 2 talented producers – Janice Chua from Imagine Entertainment, and Cora Yim from Sixty Percent, the 6 development projects were very well-received by potential partners and investors, where the fellows also received helpful feedback.

Emerge 2.0, a collaborative feature film development initiative by Imagine Entertainment, 60 Percent, Taicca, and IMDA/ Singapore Film Commission, is shaping up to be a unique experience.
The finalists are gearing up for Le Marché du Film in Cannes in May, let’s cheer for the hard work they’ve put in!

After receiving an impressive 180 submissions and undergoing two months of intense evaluation with over 50 dedicated readers and judges, we are thrilled to have selected the top 6 teams for the Emerge Programme!

This week marks the beginning for the Emerge Fellows from both Taiwan and Singapore, who have gathered in Singapore to embark on script development lessons. Adding to the excitement, our surprise guest lecturer for the week is none other than Ron Howard, the Hollywood legend and Oscar-winning director behind A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13, Ransom, and many other cinematic masterpieces.

Emerge, a collaborative initiative by Imagine Entertainment, 60 Percent, Taicca, and IMDA/Singapore Film Commission, is shaping up to be a unique experience. Stay tuned as we unveil the talented fellows and showcase their projects in the upcoming weeks!

Calling all Singaporean or Taiwanese filmmakers with a Mandarin film concept to participate in season 2 of the Emerge Programme.

**Key Highlights:**
- A 10 week incubation programme in Singapore and Taiwan to transform your vision into a Mandarin film with the support of industry giants.
- Receive USD $15,000 if you’re selected to participate in the Emerge Programme!
- Workshop guest speakers include Oscar winner Ron Howard and Golden Horse Nominee Jojo Hui
- Pitch your film at Cannes
- Submit your treatment and sample script in either Chinese, or English (as long as the final film dialogue is in Mandarin)
