2026 Summer Camp ｜ Esports & Tech Exploration Day 3 🎮
The excitement continues on day three of our summer camp! Today, our students dived deep into the strategic core of competitive gaming, mastering the "God's Eye View" to analyze matches with precision! 🏆✨
Guided by our instructors, the students explored the tactical differences between "Aggressive" and "Defensive" plays. They learned how to read the game flow from a bird's-eye perspective, enabling them to make smarter in-game decisions. Beyond tactics, the class also covered essential computer hardware knowledge, including the critical roles of power supplies and RAM in maintaining high-performance gaming stability! ❣️
The most engaging part was the interactive analysis session, where students applied their new tactical knowledge to evaluate real-time gameplay, while simultaneously gaining a better understanding of the hardware power behind the screen. From understanding voltage stability to memory speeds, the students are now thinking like both tactical coaches and tech-savvy gamers! 👏🏻

夏令營的精彩旅程持續延燒！今天同學們深入電競戰術的核心，透過「上帝視角」全面剖析比賽局勢！🏆✨
在外師的帶領下，孩子們探討了「進攻 (Aggressive)」與「防守 (Defend)」的戰術差異，學習如何從全域觀點來解讀比賽，並做出更精準的戰術決策。除了戰術思維，今天也特別介紹了電腦硬體設備的基礎知識，包括電源與記憶體在電競環境中如何確保性能穩定，讓孩子們對設備運作有了更深一層的認識！❣️

The excitement continues on day two of our summer camp! Today, our students embarked on an exciting campus visit to Cheng Shiu University’s Department of Esports, diving straight into the professional world of competitive gaming! 🏆✨
Guided by the university professors and foreign teachers, the kids toured state-of-the-art esports arenas and broadcasting studios, learning about industry standards, professional equipment, and the diverse career paths within the gaming and tech sectors. They gained a first-hand look at how professional teams train and operate behind the scenes! ❣️
The most thrilling part was the hands-on esports tournament session, where the kids teamed up in groups to play on professional gaming rigs, accumulate scores, and continue the week-long challenge leading to the final day's standings! From live tactical coordination to experiencing high-end gaming setups, everyone felt the adrenaline rush of true esports athletes! 👏🏻

The most anticipated first day of summer camp is here! Today, our students transformed into "Esports Communication Experts" to explore the revolutionary world of tactical gaming and precise team communication! 🏆✨
Guided by the foreign teacher, the kids learned core vocabulary and concepts related to OM and MIA, engaging in deep discussions about how to communicate efficiently in intense battlefields. They learned to ditch lengthy sentences in favor of specialized esports short-phrases and tested their skills through blind-test communication games! ❣️
The most exciting part was the hands-on session, where the kids teamed up in groups of three to play mobile games, accumulate scores, and kick off the week-long challenge leading to the final day's standings! From mastering quick callouts to coordinating with teammates, everyone overcame communication barriers and successfully executed their strategies! 👏🏻

台大法律、台大電機、台大化學、台大地理、台大社會學……

這些，不是我們想像中的成果，
而是 GES 吉尼士美語一路培養出來的真實學生。

【英文單字怎麼學才厲害？】

英文單字學得好，不只是背得多、念得出來。

真正有效的單字學習，是讓孩子做到：

看字能讀、看圖能讀、類比能拼、圖像能記，最後還能放進句子裡使用。

孩子看到 cat，可以直接讀出英文；看到貓咪圖片，也能自然說出 cat。

這代表孩子已經把「圖像、字形、聲音與意思」連結在一起，而不是只記住中文翻譯。

接著，再從一個熟悉的單字進行類比：

cat → bat → hat → mat

學會一個字，就能類比讀出一組字。

對幼兒與低年級孩子來說，這種學習方式比先解釋複雜、抽象的規則更自然。

The most anticipated fifth day of summer camp is here! Today, our little scientists transformed into "Future Smart Mobility Engineers" to explore the revolutionary life brought by driverless technology! 🤖✨
Guided by the teacher, the kids learned core vocabulary such as driverless, sensor, technology, and traffic jam. They engaged in deep discussions about modern autonomous driving technologies like Tesla and Waymo, imagining a wonderful future where people can read, watch movies in cars, or even have smart medical vehicles serve elderly people and remote areas! ❣️
The most exciting part was the hands-on session, where the kids built their very own "Voice-Controlled Autonomous Car"! From understanding voice sensors to assembling the structure, everyone overcome challenges with wiring and testing, ultimately making their cars launch successfully! 👏🏻
After five days of exploration and hands-on practice, the children have not only mastered rich AI knowledge and English expression, but also gained invaluable critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 2026 Summer Camp ｜ Future AI Scientist Day 4 🛰️🌍

Today, our little AI scientists explored the amazing world above our heads—the fascinating technology of Low Earth Satellites (LEO)! 🚀✨

We began the morning with an interactive English lesson, where the children reviewed yesterday’s learning, practiced new vocabulary, read passages, and answered questions with their teachers. Step by step, they built a strong foundation before diving into today’s exciting topic! 📖💬

Next came the highlight of the day—discovering how Low Earth Satellites work! 🛰️ The children learned what satellites are, why they orbit close to Earth, and how they help us in our daily lives through communication, navigation, weather forecasting, and Earth observation. As they discussed real-world examples, they were amazed to discover how much modern technology depends on satellites.

To bring these ideas to life, each child created their own Low Earth Satellite model through a fun hands-on craft activity. ✂️🪐 They carefully assembled their satellites while imagining them orbiting around Earth, combining creativity with scientific knowledge in an engaging way.

Future AI Scientist Day 3 🍽️🤖

Today, our little AI scientists discovered a brand-new way to connect technology with their everyday emotions—through food! 💭✨

We started the day with an engaging English lesson, where the children learned new vocabulary, completed reading activities, and practiced answering questions with their teachers. Then came the most exciting challenge—“AI Meals for Your Mood”! 🍴🤖

Using Canva AI, the children explored how artificial intelligence can create personalized meals based on different moods. They discovered three fun categories: Happy Meals, Energy Meals, and Comfort Meals! 😊⚡️💙 By selecting different mood icons, AI generated surprise food combinations from a variety of ingredients, making every result a fun and unexpected experience!

The children then shared their ideas and discussed what kinds of food they would like to eat when they feel happy, tired, or sad. Through this activity, they not only practiced English communication, but also learned how AI can understand simple instructions and turn creative ideas into interactive experiences! 🧠✨

2026 Summer Camp ｜ Future AI Scientist Day 2 🚁

Today, our little scientists stepped outdoors to unlock the ultimate 3D space challenge! 🤖✨

First, our foreign teacher guided the kids through core English vocabulary related to aircraft and robotics. Then, wearing Meta Quest 3 headsets, the children immersed themselves in VR—holding simulated space laser guns and directly controlling the virtual world through smooth gestures! Next, they operated mBot2 smart vehicles🚗, using sensors for logical decision-making to successfully complete autonomous driving and obstacle avoidance missions! 🛰️

Even more excitingly, everyone got hands-on experience with Tello quadcopters, learning flight physics such as Lift, Yaw, and Pitch. Although judging spatial distances was a bit tricky at first, the kids discussed and adjusted their strategies under the teachers' guidance! During the practical operations, they demonstrated exceptional 3D spatial awareness and teamwork, steadily accomplishing every control task step by step! 🦾

Through today's rich cross-disciplinary hands-on experiences, the children mastered AI logic and 3D spatial thinking, while showing immense confidence and boundless technological potential during bilingual presentations and mission challenges! 💚
