本計畫每周依不同學習主題，學習應用專業英國文學知識與跨領域技能，得以將艱深的莎士比亞語言轉換成圖像，進而有能力設計擬訂中小學英語學習教學目標與教材，將教學素材遊戲化，製作出結合文字、圖像、影片、聲音、遊戲等多媒體素材的App，上架到4G行動載具。課程實施翻轉教學，要求學生利用行動載具的4G網路，於課前修習「靜宜大學磨課師課程學習平台」的「全球化/在地化莎士比亞」課程影片，親自實踐行動學習。於每堂實體教室中，指導學生完成綜合多媒體形式的莎士比亞作品為題材的創作。
