本專車從立人國小出發，希望將英語學習的熱愛，傳遞給臺中市的莘莘學子。
110學年度的教學團隊由傅爾布萊特學術交流基金會的美籍教學助理Caitlyn Carpio、Matt Anderson，以及立人國小李仲哲老師組成.
