Dragon Boat Festival in Plato｜柏拉圖的端午節 🐉

這次的端午節，
寶貝們動手製作屬於自己的端午香包。

將柔軟的棉花、艾草與香料輕輕放入香包中，
在操作的過程中，
孩子們不僅練習精細動作，
也透過嗅覺與觸覺，
體驗端午節獨特的文化與習俗。

我們期待每一個節慶的到來，
都能在孩子心中留下溫暖真實的生活記憶。

This Dragon Boat Festival, our little ones created their very own scented sachets.

Soft cotton, mugwort, and fragrant herbs were gently placed into each sachet. Through this hands-on activity, our little ones not only practiced their fine motor skills, but also experienced the unique traditions and customs of the Dragon Boat Festival through touch and smell.

We hope that every celebration becomes a warm and meaningful memory for our little ones, leaving lasting impressions that connect them to culture and everyday life.

Dragon Boat Festival in Plato｜柏拉圖的端午節 🐉

這次的端午節，寶貝們一起製作了清涼又可愛的端午冰粽。

將荔枝、火龍果、蘋果與橘子放入袋子，
再加入茉莉綠茶凍粉與果凍粉，
等待冰涼凝固後，變成一顆顆晶瑩剔透的水果冰粽。

QQ、甜甜的口感，讓端午節成為寶貝們生活經驗中真實且美好的記憶。

This Dragon Boat Festival, our little ones created refreshing and adorable fruit jelly rice dumplings.

Our little ones placed lychees, dragon fruit, apples, and oranges into bags, then added jasmine green tea jelly powder and gelatin powder.
After waiting for the mixture to cool and set, it transformed into beautiful, crystal-clear fruit jelly dumplings.

With their sweet and chewy texture, these special treats turned the Dragon Boat Festival into a meaningful and memorable part of our little ones’ lived experiences.

Dragon Boat Festival in Plato｜柏拉圖的端午節🐉

這次的端午節，寶貝們除了認識端午節的故事，
同時教師延伸主題課程「聽！是什麼聲音？」，動手製作有趣的粽子沙鈴。

利用紅豆、綠豆作為材料，
搭配紙製粽子的外型，
搖一搖、聽一聽，
感受不同材料發出的聲音。

在裝填與組合的過程中，
寶貝們練習手部小肌肉與手眼協調，
透過感官體驗，探索聲音與節慶文化的結合。

This Dragon Boat Festival,
our little ones not only learned about the story behind the festival,
but also created their own fun rice dumpling shakers.

Using red beans and mung beans as filling materials,
and wrapping them in paper dumpling-shaped containers,
our little ones shook and listened carefully, exploring the different sounds each material could make.

Through filling, assembling, and creating, our little ones practiced fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, while using their senses to explore the connection between sound and cultural traditions.

食育 しょくいく | 餐桌上的食農教育🌽

我們一起種下玉米苗，
一起等待它慢慢長高、長大。
當收穫的季節來臨，
寶貝們親手採收玉米、剝開玉米葉，感受土地帶來的豐盛與喜悅。

採收後的玉米，交給廚房阿姨細心烹調，
蒸成香甜的玉米，
也變成一道暖呼呼的玉米蛋。

一起走過食物從土地到餐桌的旅程。
我們希望寶貝們感受到的，
不只是食物的美味，
更是種植、照顧、採收、分享所帶來的溫暖與美好。

When harvest season arrived, our little ones carefully picked the corn and peeled back the husks, experiencing the abundance and joy that the land provides.

After the harvest, the corn was thoughtfully prepared by our kitchen staff, some was steamed into sweet, delicious corn, while some became a warm corn omelet.

From planting, nurturing, and harvesting to finally enjoying the food, our little ones not only learned where food comes from, but also learned to appreciate and value every ingredient.

Together, we journeyed with food from the land to the table.

What we hope our little ones gain from this experience is not only an appreciation for delicious food, but also an understanding of the warmth and beauty found in the land and in sharing with others.

Happy Little Anglers | 開心小釣手 🌊🐠

來釣魚囉，寶貝們化身為小小釣手，
展開一場有趣的海底探索之旅。

老師和孩子們運用皺紋紙、貝殼、石頭、亮晶晶的寶石與木屑，
佈置出屬於自己的海底世界。

當各式各樣的海底生物游進大海裡，
寶貝們拿起釣竿，
透過磁吸的原理開始釣魚遊戲，
在遊戲中觀察、探索與發現，
同時培養手眼協調、手部穩定度與專注力。

Our little ones became happy little anglers and set off on an exciting underwater adventure.

Using crepe paper, seashells, stones, sparkling gems, and wood shavings, teachers and our little ones worked together to create their very own underwater world.

As all kinds of sea creatures swam into the ocean, our little ones picked up their fishing rods and began a fishing game using magnetic attraction.

Through play, they observed, explored, and discovered, while also developing hand-eye coordination, hand stability, and concentrati on. 🐟

Themed Curriculum｜警消英雄出動了 👮🧑‍🚒

延伸主題課程「警消英雄出動了」，
我們帶著寶貝們一起拜訪警察局，
認識守護社區安全的警察叔叔阿姨。

寶貝們進到警察局，
實際體驗坐上警車、警用機車，
感受警察叔叔阿姨們工作的日常。

在警察叔叔的介紹下，
寶貝們認識了指揮棒、手銬等警用裝備，
透過真實的觀察與互動，
對警察的工作有了更具體的認識。

主題課程不只是課堂中的學習，
更是一次次走進真實世界的探索。
透過親身體驗，
讓學習變得更加深刻而有意義。

謝謝臺中市政府警察局太平分局新平派出所讓我們的寶貝們有美好的拜訪警察局經驗。

Extending from our themed curriculum “Heroes on Duty,”
we took our little ones on a visit to the police station to meet the police officers who help keep our community safe.

Our little ones observed police cars and motorcycles up close,
experience a small part of a police officer’s daily work.

With guidance from the officers, they learned about police equipment such as traffic batons and handcuffs, gaining a real-life understanding of the important role police officers play in our community.

Themed learning goes beyond the classroom, it is an opportunity to explore the real world.
Through authentic experiences, learning becomes more meaningful and memorable.

🗿石頭爺爺（Dol Hareubang）

這堂課我們帶孩子認識「石頭藝術」，並介紹韓國濟州島的石頭爺爺（Dol Hareubang）。孩子們觀察他的大鼻子、長耳朵，並專心聆聽傳說故事。

In this class, we introduced children to “stone art” and the Dol Hareubang from Jeju Island, Korea. They observed its big nose and long ears while listening attentively to the legend.

創作時，孩子們運用深淺堆疊表現石頭質感，並加入濟州橘子元素發揮想像力，創作出花園、冒險故事及各種有趣角色。

During the activity, children used layering techniques to show the texture of stone and added Jeju tangerine elements. They created gardens, adventure stories, and many imaginative characters.

Themed Curriculum｜動物大集合 🦁🦒🐨🐰

延伸主題課程「動物大集合」，
透過多元的小單元活動，
讓寶貝在不同的體驗中，加深對主題課程的理解與記憶。

在「動物光影」活動中，
透過光與影的變化，
探索動物造型在不同光線下的呈現，
延伸感官經驗與觀察能力。

而在「刷刷小獅王」中，
寶貝們運用牙刷刷毛作為媒材，
為小獅子創造出蓬鬆的鬃毛，
在操作中練習精細動作與創意表達。

透過不同形式的探索，
在體驗中加深學習、加廣想像。

Extending from our themed curriculum “All About Animals,” a variety of small learning activities, allow our little ones to deepen their understanding and memory of the theme through diverse experiences.

In “Brush Little Lion,” our little ones used toothbrush bristles as a creative material to form a fluffy lion’s mane.
Through this hands-on activity,they practiced fine motor skills and creative expression.

In the “Animal Light & Shadow” activity, our little ones explored how animal shapes appear under different lighting, experiencing changes in light and shadow while extending their sensory exploration and observation skills.

Through these varied forms of exploration, learning is deepened and imagination is expanded through experience.

衛教宣導| 認識腸病毒

腸病毒是一種常見的傳染病，容易在幼兒之間傳播，主要症狀包括發燒、喉嚨痛、手腳出現紅疹或水泡，預防腸病毒最重要的方法是勤洗手，特別是在吃東西前、上廁所後，以及從外面回家後，避免共用餐具與玩具，並保持環境清潔與通風，如有疑似症狀，請儘早就醫並在家休息，以降低傳播風險！

Enterovirus is a common contagious disease that easily spreads among young children. Common symptoms include fever, sore throat, and rashes or blisters on the hands and feet. The most important way to prevent enterovirus is to wash hands frequently, especially before eating, after using the restroom, and after returning home. Avoid sharing utensils and toys, and keep the environment clean and well-ventilated. If symptoms appear, seek medical care early and stay at home to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
