基於協助各級學校莘莘學子、工商企業界主管、以及社會人士終身學習的教?

今日政府極力推動各項職能教育政策及計畫，急需民間專業團體及學者專集思廣益，參與、研究、應用並推廣此政策，可預見各項職能教育課程日益蓬勃，且日益加重要。乃藉此，由瑞士歐洲大學桃園校區執行長周喬安發起，邀集各項產業領域專家學者，建立共識，於2009年成立「中華職能教育學會」，遂奉內政部台內社字第0980151512號核定為人民團體，並獲教育部台技(一)字第0980082608號核定為教育機構，冀望結合多方資源，共同推動台灣與兩岸三地，職能教育輔導與發展。
