中心成立主旨在幫助青年學子銜接企業就業，搭配職訓局計畫，符合資格者參訓全額免費，培訓方式採三明治訓練，授課、企業實習、回訓檢討。人才中心會依據學生能力媒合適合企業前往實習。對台灣及海外實習有興趣的同學，都歡迎到粉絲專業按讚或提問。
