應該是民族人的共同回憶吧，周媽媽香雞排。
創始於民國七十年八月 至今已逾三十年，期間歷經三任校長的披荊斬棘，譬畫經營，克服重重艱難，始具今日之規模。校園新建工程分六期，逐年實施，至今全校整體規畫完成，古典中國式建築，校園優美各項教學設備充實，且廁所亦重新設計規劃，成為最佳教學環境。
