Piece by piece, it’s all coming together.

The Shuttle Time Barbados team was proud to be part of the ABLE (Everyone is A.B.L.E.) Inclusive Event 💙🏸

Our Shuttle Time Coordinator, Tremayne Griffith and upcoming coach Arianne Downes represented the programme, helping to deliver fun and engaging badminton activities for all participants.

A.B.L.E is an inspiring initiative that brings children with and without disabilities together through sport, promoting inclusion, understanding, and meaningful connections from a young age. Participants were paired to play, interact, and learn from each other, creating a truly inclusive environment.

Through Shuttle Time, we introduced activities such as shuttle balance, serving, overhead skills, and modified gameplay which were all adapted to ensure every child could participate and enjoy the experience.

A heartfelt thank you to the organisers for the opportunity to be part of such a powerful and impactful event. We look forward to continuing to support inclusive sport in Barbados 🙌🏽

Team Barbados is ready for back-to-back action!
Our squad of 8 males and 3 females is proudly representing Barbados at the CAREBACO Seniors Championships in Tacarigua, Trinidad & Tobago, marking the tournament’s long-awaited return after seven years!

Right after, the same players will compete in the Trinidad & Tobago International 2025, taking the court once again to showcase their talent and determination. 🏸💪

Let’s cheer them on as they fly the flag high across both events! 🇧🇧🔥
