On World Environment Day, we were delighted to welcome the El Socorro Centre for Wildlife Conservatation. Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.
Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the interactive presentation, as members of the Environmental Club and even staff members joined in the fun while learning all about protecting our ecosystem! 🌎🌳🦅

Assalaamu Alaikum. Our school warmly welcomed The Honourable Khadijah Ameen, Member of Parliament for St. Augustine and Minister of Rural Development and Local Government. The Honourable Minister spent time with members of our Environmental Club and engaged in planting peppers, ochro, lettuce and tomatoes in our school's garden.

World Keffiyeh Day 2026
ASJA Girls’ College, Tunapuna continues to stand in solidarity with our Palestinian brothers and sisters on World Keffiyeh Day 2026.
This day highlights the cultural significance of the keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian scarf that symbolizes identity and resistance. It serves as a reminder of the rich heritage, struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people throughout their decades of oppression and injustice.
We continue to keep all Palestinians and other oppressed groups around the world in our du’as and maintain our pledge to keep the truthful narrative alive.
May Allāh grant ease with difficulty to the Palestinians and grant them justice in this world and the hereafter. Aameen.
