Overview:
This is a full time programme for secondary school graduates. It has been designed to prepare young adults for the workplace. Students who are accepted into the YouCaNPro will pursue a course of studies that leads to an internationally recognised Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree. They will also participate in a more holistic, expanded curriculum to help them cope with pr
actical work-place challenges. This programme will address the concerns of parents who want a full time tertiary level experience for their teenagers, while in an environment that is safe and supportive. There will be a range of activities, role plays, social clubs, mentoring by MBA graduates, workshops and activities all aimed at ensuring that the students receive a well-rounded education. The aim to produce work-ready young professionals. The core programmes being offered are GATE-approved, thus making it affordable for parents. Students will have fun while they learn, and gain a clear understanding of what is expected of them in the workplace. They will receive a formal education through internationally-recognised fully accredited qualifications, will interact with older professionals to guide them, receive experiences that will enhance their life-skills and learn to adjust to the demands of adulthood. Students will be starting with an internationally recognised UK Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE). This entry level Diploma 4 is the core programme in the 1st year and students will progress on to Diploma 5 or to the Bachelor’s Degree based on their academic performance. Those who progress to the Diploma 5 will receive up to 8 subject exemptions towards their degree. This progression is referred to as the Top-up BBA. Students who elect to progress to the Diploma 6 and then on the BBA Top-up will receive up to 13 subject exemptions. The Bachelor of Business Administration Degree is a globally recognised, highly respected practical degree from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB). Students can specialise in Human Resource Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management or General Business Management. Mentorship:

Duration and Entry Requirements:
To enter into the programme, students must be between 16 to 20 years old and must have a minimum of 4 CSEC passes including English. Persons 21 years and over will be required to attend an interview to determine whether they may be accepted into the Day programme, but there are evening and Saturday classes for working students wanting to pursue the same academic qualifications. Tuition Fees
All Diplomas and Degrees are approved for GATE funding. Students will receive full tuition funding (100%) for levels 4 to 6. Students who are eligible for GATE funding are also eligible for the HELP loan to meet all non-tuition expenses, such as registration, books & exams.
