They should be passionate about their field of study. They must be confident and an expert in their field. They must be computer literate and encompass basic skills in the use of Microsoft Office.

- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, updating databases, creating Google Forms and other typs of documents.
- Sorting and sending email correspondence.
- Making and receiving calls.
- Liaising with clients, staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Arranges Zoom meetings, Whatsapp Groups, Conference Calls etc.
- Composing minutes, recording and filing documents.
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy work station.
