The Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics, recognizes World Health Day 2026.

Good health begins with good nutrition. On World Health Day 2026, we recognise the vital role of dietetics in improving health outcomes for all.

Taking a step toward better health with Fitness, a great initiative promoting movement, wellness, and community on campus.

S.A.N.D is proud to have volunteered at the 2nd Annual DAEE Nutrition Fair, engaging the community through interactive nutrition games, BMI assessments, and health education.

SAND at Canada Hall ✨

Fun games, great conversations, and lots of engagement! We spent the day connecting with students through interactive activities and open discussions about healthy eating habits and food choices in dorm life.

Students had the chance to ask questions, share their experiences, and explore general ideas for making more balanced choices, even with limited kitchen access.

A wonderful day of learning, engagement, and promoting campus wellness 🙌✨
