My flexibility training sessions, one being, Introduction to Contortion: Splitz Training is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically to have deeper self awareness of your muscles, co-ordination of joint mobility and ex*****on of the proper technique for best overall performance.

Group sessions are available for yoga groups, Gym groups, Dance groups, Sport groups and focused individuals willing to improve their legs flexibility for splits.

Leg flexibility exercises to achieve front/forward splits.
