Following the 10th Annual ILLUMINATE 5K Glow Run, we made a commitment to personally ensure that every participant affected by the medal distribution issue received the medal they earned.

This week, our team has been travelling across Trinidad, hand-delivering medals and a small token of appreciation to participants.

To everyone who showed us patience, understanding, and kindness—THANK YOU!!.

To Our ILLUMINATE 5K Family,

Firstly, thank you for making the 10th Annual ILLUMINATE 5K Glow Run an incredible success. We are truly overwhelmed by the love and support shown as we celebrated this special milestone.

Due to the overwhelming demand for the event, we made the decision to re-open registration to accommodate additional participants who wished to celebrate our 10th Anniversary with us.

At the time of registration, these late registrants were advised that their medals would be presented at a later date and were given a race bib with red numbers.

Unfortunately, in the excitement of race day, medals were distributed to all finishers, including some late registrants. As a result, some participants who were entitled to receive a medal at the finish line did not receive one.

For this, we sincerely and humbly apologize.
Rest assured that everyone who is entitled to receive a medal will receive one.

Over the next few days, our team will be contacting the affected participants to arrange medal collection. We are committed to rectifying this situation as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you once again for your continued support over the past 10 years. Your enthusiasm and loyalty have helped make ILLUMINATE one of Trinidad and Tobago's premier 5K events, and we remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for our participants.
